There's one manager that eats out of the French fries and nuggets with her bare hands and they always close lobby before due time ... sometimes around 8 or 9 I thought lobby was open till 11

Terrible service from this location every time. Asked the drive through attendant to give me a second to pick out my order. Watched 5 cars order through the other side while I waited and said hello several times. Decided to pull up to the window after the 5th person and simply asked to place an order. I was refused in the rudest way possible. Basically told to go around and there was no possible way she could take my order.

30 minutes for drive through at 11pm is diabolical LOL taking a phone call at this hour while customers waiting only in Florida. 2 out of 10. What’s the reason for 2 drive through ordering windows when only one is operating?? Maybe put a cone up, or idk turn the light off?? And the woman at the pick up window doesn’t speak?? Like I’m inconveniencing her by buying food that she’s wanting to eat. I guess it’s my fault for having expectations.

The guy told us they weren't taking orders, but we had a mobile order already, didn't give us a receipt and just said pull up to the next window while having a coughing fit, he even failed to shut the window all the way when he walked away. I paid extra for cold foam and im not entirely sure if it was cold foam because its 11 pm but my mocha frappe was made good enough for the price of it and im too tired to deal with lazy, and high employees. I work in customer service and I just wanted a good quick meal after a long day.

This Location has Always Issues With orders or curb side. Me and my wife usually order from here or try to come and get it through drive thru but the past couple of times its been Crazy. My wife makes an order for curve side pick up and they told me to walk in.. what is the purpose of the drive thru or curb sife pick up? And on top of that We are always respectful of everyone in the food industry but it does not matter how many times we try at this location it is Always an issue.

I pick up delivery orders from this store often and the morning/day crew is just awesome. Yall are organized, fast and a delight to talk to.

The lady was very rude to me and he got mad cause I order a sundae with extra fudge and she didn't get me extra even after I told her I paid for it

Service and burger were very good the Fry's however we're barely warm

Always get my order correct and ive not been served by an unpleasant employee. Says a lot about managers. Employee seem to enjoy thier jobs.

Waited 20 mins for a cheeseburger

They forgot half of our order

Drive through mess my order and delayed it for over 10 mins, not so fast food

Came in and ordered a deluxe double quarter add bacon and jalapeno crisps, and got a regular double quarter with 3 pieces of the jalapeno crisps at least I got the bacon.... I got no receipt and I only noticed when I got home, I didn't want to drive back there and fix it. But I swear they need to get trained better I get it's McDonald's but it's really a hit or miss with this place.

Well trained staff and consistent food. Very fresh and delicious.
