Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The crowd and the inspector reached the same conclusion. Reviewers who mention serving size rate this place 4.0 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour.
15 of 19 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 3 are two or lower. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (14 of 19). No one in this corpus comments on how food arrives at all.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (95/100), with 1 intermediate and 2 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. The visit behind that grade was March 10, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. On health score it sits safer than 58% of the Brevard County restaurants we grade. For specifics, the last inspection cited cross-contamination and food manager certification.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

We frequent this restaurant at least twice a month. We tried almost everything on the menu. Their subs are delicious ( they have daily specials for different subs). Pizza is awesome, and they serve very good salads. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend stopping by and giving this local business a shot.

Food is excellent... Detroit style pizza, but not quite as thick. Always good and consistent. Even if you don't like sausage pizza... try it... its the best sausage you've ever had. Steak sandwich is the best also, and will have you coming back... I'm a customer for almost 40 years . Interior could definitely use an uodate... but clean

We have eaten pizzas and subs from here for years. They are delicious, and made to order with whatever you happen to desire on them. This seems to be one of the best kept secrets in central Brevard, as I never heard about them until my kids started attending "Beer Can College" (BCC). Wonderful staff, reasonable prices, and plenty of dine in room for the whole family. If you have never eaten here get down there and check them out. You won't be disappointed. Odyssey Pizza & Subs has surely earned the coveted: "Boosh Wookie Seal of Approval"

This place has been here forever and it's always great. I eat their steak and cheese almost every week.

Review is solely based on food. Ordered 2 pizza’s for carry out & it was such a disappointment to eat the McDonald’s of pizzas.

By FAR best pizza yet. Ordered a "Special" large, with a special request of a Square Cut pizza. No disappointment and delivery driver was just as great. Great experience AGAIN

Great folks! Never had anything bad from there.

Still looks the same after 40 years. The booths need new upholstery. Always enjoy the pizza. The steak sandwiches are a must try all the way, it's not the Philly way but is very delicious the Odyssey way.
-
Very good pizza and steak sub. Haven't tried the other subs. But the steak sub is awesome. Pizza .....hands down the best in Cocoa.

Normally my ham and cheese sub is great. Tonight all bread and toppings, ham was almost non existent. Not sure if it was because it was a busy Friday but itll be awhile before i order again. So disappointed. Husband ordered a sausage sub same all bread, sauce and peppers and onions very little sausage and very mushy.

One of best pizzas I ever had

Toasted subs are amazing. Italian all the way is top notch. Spaghetti and salads are also delicious. If you are driving to the beach on the beach line, stop in cocoa to buy your lunch. This place looks like it is closed but it is the best pizza and subs hands down in cocoa. Only bug and bug light on tap. Small classic arcade, this place is old school. Eat here.

Im a pretty frequent shopper/orderer lived here my entire life. The owner and main employees, they get my business. Pizza and subs are always great. But they make the business. Im not good with names, but owner and his right hand man always so pleasant. Take orders last .minute. today I need that pizza. And he made it happen..

Paid 5dollars ans change for a salad that maybe we got 5 bits out of there was so much cheese o. It it was not funny on the app you get a good size salad but this was like not even a hand full spaghetti has went down hill also. Pathetic
