Love the food. Love the service wasn't a lot of people there at the time so that was excellent. Had a great experience

They were out of Garlic toast, noodles were over done. The kids mac and cheese was a little warm but the bowls were on fire (I got the impression they were microwaved bc they sat too long) service was ok. Just not impressed.

Dominick was a great waiter very attentive the food came out crazy fast and it was delicious

To go host didn't listen when I arrived and asked for my order behind the counter. He stated my order was still being made and proceeded to take a large order. When i received my order i drove half way home and realized they had given me the wrong order. I then had to drive back to inevitability recurve the original order I assumed was mine. They took the mistaken food from me and most likely still gave it to the original customer. Just sad barely a sorry.

Great food, atmosphere and 'spot on service'.

Our local go to better than many pricier options. Richard is awesome.

I ordered a pickup online Doordash order for JustWings, 8 pc bone in wings with fries. I arrive and notice that they are boneless. I ask for bone in as I ordered. They fix it and give me the correct order. I get all the way home and notice as I eat one that they quick fried some old wings. I was disgusted and immediately call the restaurant to speak to the manager. I was refunded for my order but this was the worst experience I have ever experienced at Chilis.

I came in tonight with my friends and I had server Crystal , she was absolutely fantastic our drinks stayed filled , her service was kind , fast and considerate. I felt I had a friend not only a server. It was phenomenal I will be eating here more often. Also great food , tasty and fresh.

Drink watered down, ordered the do Julio margarita which had no taste of the alcohol. The chicken and steak for the fijita was disappointing; not season well or marinated before cooked. Seems last minute.

Had an amazing experience at Chili’s in ChampionsGate on Mother’s Day! 🌽✨ It was our first time visiting this location since we’re not from the area, but we will definitely be coming back again! Our server, Will, provided outstanding service from beginning to end. His personality was friendly, dynamic, and welcoming, and he really knew the menu well, which made the experience even better. We’re frequent Chili’s customers, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The street corn was HANDS DOWN the best street corn we’ve ever had at any Chili’s! 🔥 Even on such a busy holiday, everything exceeded expectations. Huge thank you to Will and the kitchen team for making our Mother’s Day dinner so special! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely delicious food. Dominic was a great waiter, he was very kind and chill. Ranch sauce shouldn't be sold to humans, it should be sold to a higher dimensional seraphic being.

Dinner tonight was delicious. Akilah was our server. She was terriffic. She made good suggestions and was able to swap out some things for others we loved. I ordered shrimp fajitas and my husband had loaded baked potato soup and salad. It was hubby's birthday so he was treated to a big molton lava cake with ice cream. Thanks Akilah and chillis. Everything was great

I know all about the serving industry unfortunately we had a server Adison who has a lot of learning to do! A friend and myself came in Thursday for dinner. Adison greeted us and got our food and drink order, But also a few mins later she was sat with a table of 5 gentleman and just WOW! She had a split personality when she greeted them! Her voice became a squeaky toy and she was at their table every 3mins, Touching them letting them touch her being all barbie like, But when she came to us the very few times she was bland... Well what turned our night around was Akilah who dropped off our food, She was so polite beautiful smile and stayed the same with ALL her customers. Adison needs to learn that women can tip also if you treat them fairly! We placed a togo order with Akilah so we could tip her :) She is a great server!
