The security here is a nightmare

Air bnb was priced fairly. Its about 40 min from Orlando

Awesome pools and hot tub, everyone was kind and helpful

Amazing pool snacks and vibe

Easy to find, place was good and nice and clean.

Came here since you can get in when you stay and it was awesome. I recommend getting the VIP seats if you plan to stay awhile. The lazy river is pretty nice, and they also give free stuff. The food wasnt too expensive either.

Staff very friendly except for when we came through the gate @ the entrance of the property. There was just 1 employee that was rude. I didn't get her name.

Best place I have been. I am not a fan of Orlando Florida but this resort changed my mind. Amazing pools, waterside, weight Ate, restaurants and more. Shopping is close by too

Great place, friendly staff, always nice and clean. My only issue was the 18% service charged that was added to everything. Would have been nice given the option instead.

Our son has anaphylaxis, severe food allergies to a range of foods so we are always overly cautious about eating out. We spoke to one member of staff called Jake who did everything he could to make sure our son could enjoy a safe meal with us. The chef even came out of the kitchen to speak with us and confirmed the ingredients of the food to make sure it was safe for our son to eat. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our first day on holiday in Florida. They were both extremely polite, helpful, listened to all our requests and were so friendly. We even went back another day and had another amazing experience where nothing was no trouble at all. Thank you to those people because as a family it is a big thing for us to do that.

The lazy river is super fun!

I’ve been waiting at the restaurant in the oasis club for an hour and a half and haven’t gotten my food yet.

Security here are EXTREMELY sexist and racist. If you’re not a white woman or white in general they are very quick to Dismiss you as if you have no right or reason to be there. And if god forbid you have a child needing to get picked up make sure you call ahead and verify to the security team that it will be a non white person maybe even a father here to pick up their child… SMH 🤦‍♂️ the audacity

Jake was our personal server for our cabana and he was phenomenal. Max was great as well. Both of them were attentive, professional, and Jake made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. The service truly elevated the experience for my family. Unfortunately, we did encounter two racist incidents from other guests during our visit. While this was extremely disappointing, it is important to note that it was not reflective of the staff or the business itself. When we informed the staff about one of the situations, they responded with empathy, professionalism, and genuine concern, which we truly appreciated. Despite that experience, we still had a great time overall. The staff handled the situation appropriately and continued to provide excellent service. Because of that, I would absolutely return with my family again.
