Overall a great experience. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Stayed for a week recently and had a great time. I love coming to Daytona Beach/Daytona Beach Shores, so Perry's is in the perfect location. The room was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and hospitable. Everyone greeted my family with a smile. The indoor pool was a life saver when it rained, my kids loved it. Perry's offered a lot at a great price, it'll be the first place I look next time I'm in town.

Had an awesome time with my daughter granddaughter and nieces. Alexa at tiki bar so friendly and fun. Housekeeping friendly. Just wish we had access to 2 vehicles parking.

Been staying at Perry’s since 1968! Our home away from home! Many memories and you will always get A1 top notch service with any of the staff but a special shout out to Mary who has been there for us all years. Thank you for your smiles, hugs, knowledge, love and kindness and always making sure everyone and everything is perfect! We love you, Perry’s and we love you, Mary!! Perry’s is blessed to have you as their “cherry on top!!” And when we are there, we get to share in that with Perry’s!! So dedicated and beautiful-inside and out!!

I can’t believe I have not added as review before now. We have stayed at Perrys, probably about a dozen times. They are always consistent, clean, professional, and it’s always a wonderful experience. Every room we’ve ever had has been perfect and the donuts are delicious. This is our go to spot in Daytona Beach. Michelle at the front desk goes above and beyond as well as all the other front desk associates. We stay here every time we come to Daytona (3-4 times a year!) and we will not go anywhere else. You will not be disappointed booking this hotel. My kids especially love the indoor pool when it starts raining.

Todo estaba muy bien excepto por la limpieza de cuatro tube que llamar dos veces a recepción para papel de baño y toallas limpias nadie llegó a recoger la basura también pedí que me cambiaran las sábanas y nunca llegaron a hacerlo.

Great place right on the beach for a reasonable price.

They didn't let us in our room at check in time (even tho I emailed about it BEFORE check-in time) we didn't get allowed in until til around 5:30-6pm which meant ALL of our stuff (including things that HAD to be refrigerated and/or out of the dead fl summer heat). They also tried getting us Out of our room BEFORE checkout time at 11am, so it was kind of a waste of money. I have never had those problems at any other hotel! The pools also were Not opened at 9am, so it all was pretty ridiculous, a let-down. Good luck on parking too!!!! It was terrible!!! We even had to park across the dang street at ihop because there were no spaces! - which is really horrible for our group(the oldest has blood clotsin his legs, and on blood thinners, i have breathing & stomach problems, and the youngest was my 9yr child) we should not have had to do that! Ive been there before and it was a good experience, however idk what changed, but it was not a good experience At All this time. Im not sure I would actually recommend it

We had a great experience at Perry’s they are very attentive texted during our stay to check on us very clean rooms A/c blows ice cold! We stayed in the motel type rooms for 2 nights outside looked a little rough but inside was nice and clean! And updated! We had a great experience they serve donuts coffee apple and orange juice for breakfast they are cake like donuts and they have different icings/ toppings they put on them vanilla,chocolate, maple, coconut, sprinkles! Had a great time pools are clean!

Edit 6/24/26 after checkout: They charged me $200 saying my room smelled like cigarettes. We don't smoke. I suspect it is because of this review. It is 7pm, check in is at 4pm and our room still isn't ready. Twice we've been at the front desk and there were multiple people also there asking when their room would be ready. Reservation made over 6 months ago so this isn't a last-minute surprise. We walked around the "garden" area with the indoor pool and it is incredibly hot and muggy, uncomfortably so. I would not recommend this place to anyone having to travel from far away. The only consolation the front desk has is to give us $10 in drink coupons for the tiki bar. Sorry that's not going to cut it. ***A few days into our stay. Room service is spotty. They do not clean the floors but you are provided with a broom in your room to clean your own floors on your vacation. Their policy is to only change the sheets every 3 days but this is has not happened, despite us requesting it. When we called the front desk we were told that they cannot do linen changes after 1pm.

Staff was friendly and quickly able to solve the problems my group was having. The location was lovely and the beach was just a few stairs cases away.

Booked my room few days in advance drove to Daytona check in was at 4 pm only to be told wait around for a call no rooms was available now 11:20 pm now still nothing available but took my 300+$ before telling me nothing is available now having to rent another room somewhere else not letting it ruin fathers day!! Don't waste your time with this place spend little more for better customer service 0 stars

Ended up not staying the night. Checked in at 4. Almost no one's room were ready. Hung out at the pool, beach, ect while we waited. Kept checking on our room, ended up not being ready until past 8!!! By 7:50 we decided to go somewhere else. When we went for the refund we were finally told the room was ready, there were still others waiting for their room to be ready. The pool burned my eyes without even getting the water in them, non of the games had their stuff to play, asked a worker where to get and they didnt know. We did get $5 voucher for the bar after the first hour of waiting for the room but nothing past that. Need to hire more cleaning staff and/or get better equipment for them. The lady and man in the front were nice. another lady i assume was the manager seemed more mad at the customers for being upset at having to still be waiting 4 hours after check in.

Es la cuarta vez q vengo a este hotel porq las veces anteriores fueron buenas pero esta es mi última vez porq no ha sido nada bien lo primero solo había estacionamiento para un carro nosotros veíamos en dos carro y tuvimos q pagar estacionamiento en otro lugar q me cobraron $100 por dos noches no había hielo en las máquinas el teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba no tenía caja fuerte en la habitación le pedimos a un personal de mantenimiento que por favor limpiaran el área de bbq y nunca lo hicieron no había jugo en el desayuno en fin todo malísimo

been coming for over 20 years ... always packed... they are making money ... renovate ..should be no reason for overwhelming mold smell in the rooms

If you are looking for paradise away from your everyday life, look at staying at Perry's. The rooms are not extremely ritzy (which we prefer) and there is a bit of a Jimmy Buffet going to Margaritaville vibe. The accommodations are great.... the service is amazing.....and it is one of the better places we have stayed when staying at the ocean. Their homemade doughnut breakfast is awesome.

The garden rooms received terrible housekeeping. Check-in wasn't ready. Plumbing issues throughout multiple rooms.

This place used to be fantastic; however, it’s really gone down over the past few years. There’s trash everywhere that hasn’t removed all week. The doors to the stairways are rusting off. There is a rotting stench from all the trash in the stairwells. Trash all in the parking lots and clearly been there for quite some time. The rooms are overall nice. It’s the grounds that are very poorly maintained. We’ve heard 6 other people talking about how it’s gone down hill.
