CHEDDAR'S CASUAL CAFE

I haven't dined at this location in years. We prefer the Sanford location. Last time we were here, we met friends visiting from out of town. We lost track of time and apparently overstayed our welcome. Our server, likely new, did not tell us or even hint that she needed to turn the table. Her co-worker, sashayed to the table and said to my party of four, "It must be nice to sit here and talk the afternoon away while the rest of us have to work," with a wry smile and that level of sarcastic rudeness, I have never felt the need to return to this location. As a customer service worker myself, there's a finesse to getting people to move along. This experience is not the way.

Food was awesome and the service was excellent

Unfortunately my family and I did not have a pleasant time here. We were a party of 7. Starting with our drinks. My son realized he had a fly in his cup after drinking some. Majority of us asked for sweet tea with lemons but instead received iced tea. Bread and Appetizers was great! Most of us ended up ordering the New Orleans pasta and it was EXTREMELY salty! The pasta itself was fine but when eating the protein (chicken,sausage,shrimp) tasted like straight salt. We let our server Lauren know and her only response was “oh my” and she walked off (absolutely no help). Then had the nerve to come back and ask if we wanted to go boxes! So I flagged down the manager about our food and he offered us to order something else but we didn’t want to have to wait. So he asked if we wanted to try adding Alfredo sauce to see if it will cut down the salt but unfortunately that didn’t help. The manager did accommodate us for our meal. So thanks to the manager for helping us! Oh yeah not sure what’s up with the green beans that some of my fam had as sides they were different colors like can mixed with frozen or something.

The batter fried onion rings and baked potato soup were exceptional!

The Baby Back Ribs and baked potato were perfect!!! Best Ribs I have enjoyed in years!!!

Came here for dinner it was delicious and friendly service. The food was delicious too.

First time we've been here and we're absolutely blown away! The food was awesome and the staff was amazing! Shout out to our sever, Owen!

Brian or waiter was very kind and made us feel really welcomed. The food was great, props to the kitchen! Atmosphere is calm and has a moderate but comfortable noise level. Very quick drink service! Texas sweet tea and strawberry swirl margs were great! Will be back again. Impressed for a first time customer!!!!

Excellent service, Annette was great and caring

Food was good but the waitress Jessica was not very good definitely felt judged because of what we were wearing or something else. she didn’t check up on my husband and I but checked up on everyone else.. also waited on refills till we actually finished our food. Overall good food terrible service

My husband order a beer and a cup with ice ,he bring the beer with a empty glass ,he say he comback with the ice,take like ten minutes ,we order and my husband dont eat nothing with bbq sauce,he order ri bs without the bbq ,mine was good, he comeback with bbq ribs omg my husband was mad ,first he take too long for bring the ice ,later the ribs ,we return the ribs ,i continue eating and i was so sad bc i choose this restaurant and evrything turn bad,i finish eating and the guy still dont show up with the food ,when my husband see him told the waiter for put the food to go they take to long. Is was my first time in here and i told you never,ever comeback

Cheddars food is always tasty and is very reasonably priced. Jenn our server is very personable, funny and full of good suggestions. She is quick with service and just a pleasure to deal with! I would heartily recommend Cheddars for some tasty food and drinks.

Great atmosphere, great food and great service from Caryn. She was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu! I look forward to going again!

This was my 2nd time visiting this location. They have an insect problem, I couldn’t enjoy my food because I fanned my plate the whole time.
