CHIPOTLE MEXICAN GRILL #783

I have been eating Chipotle for 3 years, nearly every day of my life because it works out with my gym routine and lifestyle. I have had countless Chipotle bowls over my time traveling the country, and I have always enjoyed what y’all prepare for me. However, today was absolutely remarkable. I ordered a Honey Chipotle Chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, pico de gallo, lettuce and cheese. From the first bite to the last, I was able to get a piece of every ingredient in every bite. The temperature of the chicken was the greatest attribute to the experience. It was just hot enough to enjoy without having to wait for it to cool down. It slightly melted the cheese, yet preserved the integrity of the lettuce from becoming soggy. The lettuce kept every bit of crunch it started with. The rice was a textured-eater’s dream. Not grainy at all, absolute perfection and just the right quantity that it didn’t over-fill me. And they gave me the perfect amount of black beans to where it was a complimentary flavor instead of a dominant one. Same for the pico. I’m telling you, I’m stunned with the quality. I genuinely believe I may never cook nor receive a meal that is this satisfying for a long time. But that’s okay. I know y’all work together in ways the general public or even your bosses don’t see/understand, which I’m positive that those little efforts contributed to giving me this meal today. The fourth time I've gone in this restaurant and they don't have an item on the menu it's 9:30 and they're not making no more tomatoes or even going to try to make the pulled Port the whole restaurant is a mess. Corporate really needs to come and look at this location and the staffing

Keep a fast past line so that the customers don’t walk off

One of the more consistent Chipotles. When asking for double meat, they load it up sometimes. At the worst, they put enough to be sufficient. It can be pretty dirty inside most of the time though

I visit this location often. Janiya along with the rest of the team, are always friendly and fast to provide service. This Location may be busy sometimes because it is near three universities and the speedway. Always my favorite chipotle to come to tho.

This is the best chipotle in Daytona. Way better than the other location. Fast service, smiles and great interaction from the staff. Fast service is great considering I’m on break from Daytona state collage.

Decent price on their bowl, good way to get healthier food than fast food.

Kitchen staff working with uncooked food must wear gloves and hairnets or hats. Two in the cooking area, one no hat the other no gloves. If that’s not disgusting enough take a look at the bathrooms. Omg…. Won’t be back!

The absolute worst Chipotle in The US. There is like 2 people working during a 200,000 person festival.

The black women in the front are so disrespectful and nasty. They completely disregarded my order and approached their friends behind me before acknowledging me. They don’t speak or anything but just stare until you decide to speak. Service was terrible and very unwelcoming!! I decided to leave instead of ordering.

Me and my wife go 1hr before close the are out of chicken and steak not the first time. Just drive a few miles to Granada chipotle way better over there.

Plastic found in my daughter's food, this place continues to go downhill.

Easily the worst chipotle I have been to. The manger has had a problem every time I have gone. The first time I ordered a kids taco online, drove home, and they forgot to add the steak to the taco… they open late frequently, and are super rude serving. I ordered a single taco in a bowl and a side of chicken, a the manager refused to give me the taco because there were too many toppings on it. So she threw it out instead. Additionally they would scoop the spilled chicken back into the bin.

The girls who work at that counter are extremely rude

I came in for lunch and tried to order a quesadilla online to skip the wait, but the website wouldn’t take my payment. I went into the store to place the order instead, but I was told they couldn’t make it because it was "online-only." I explained the issue I was having, but it wasn’t really acknowledged and I was just told to order something else. I was pretty disappointed with the experience and ended up not ordering anything.

Second time this week I have been there and they were out of food. The first time there were many of us who where in line for 20+ minutes only to find out they only had pork and then tonight I arrived at 9:45, they close at 11:00 and when I walked in they said "we are out of everything" . They were cleaning the equipment. I understand if they're closed tomorrow because of Easter but that is just bad business. You cook what you need to get through the rest of your shift and take care of your guests. Otherwise, close the restaurant

I deleted my old review just to say I’m very impressed today with my experience. The date is 04/04/26. I’ve been coming to this chipotle for years and unfortunately it wasn’t always welcoming. But today was great! I was greeted and the line worker asked about my day and my job and it was really nice. The cashier was also very lovely. I will say this kindness caught me off guard! Keep up the good work guys. I’ve never felt this here before

Ordered my food online and when I arrived to pick up my order I was shocked. The place was filthy. Staff was indifferent, not friendly. I should have returned my order and walked out. I will never patron this location again and it has definitely turned me off to Chipotle altogether.

The location was convenient..located right off the busy main road. The service was super quick and friendly. The store was a bit more unkempt than what you would expect from a restaurant. There was rice and other food on the counter with two employees not cleaning but playing around.

Fantastic burritos as always.
