Great staff. Very patient as my son picked out flavors, and nicely remade it after he dropped it.

First and last visit. $35+ for 3 ice creams and we had to stand at the register for 5 minutes waiting to pay. I don’t understand how every single one of the 5 visible employees could make eye contact with us and not come take payment. Why would you hand me the last cone we ordered and then go on to make other peoples ice cream while we stand there watching ours melt. Nobody can pay until we pay and get out of the way. I have never had this ice cream before and maybe this is how they do it but I feel like when you hand me the last cone ordered, I should be rung up so I can pay, leave and clear out space. I will stick with BASKIN ROBINS from here on out.

When you come to Dayton beach this is a must stop! We have gone multi times and it's amazing! The staff is awesome and they are skilled at what they do. Our favorite has been the Dubai chocolate 💗

So this has been our favorite place for treats for over two years. But tonight when we bought our huge Sundays, they threw a bunch of away. Yes, even though we pay a couple bucks for each one of those toppings right when there’s too much to fit in the cup, they threw it away instead of giving it to us on the side like they’ve always done it every cold brewery I’ve ever been to before. But now they said their policy to throw it in the garbage can, even though I didn’t get a discount on those toppings because some of them didn’t fit in my cup. So this place is trash garbage doesn’t care about their customers and sayonara cold Stone. F -0 stars

Michael and Amber made me fall in love with Cold stone creamery!! The customer service is peerless as is the ice cream!!!! Perfection! Well, here’s my updated review, it gets zero stars now because they have the worst policy I’ve ever seen your establishment. When I bought my ice cream, it was slightly too large to fit in the container because I paid for so many toppings and they couldn’t fit in my size container anymore. This is happened before because I do like this with my toppings when I go to ice cream places. I pay for each topping and I should get to have all of them just because they don’t fit in my container I’m paying for them still aren’t I? Yes, I am and so when you throw away the excess food that I’m paying for each one of those six toppings I find it a disgrace. So never again while I visit cold Stone creamery even though there were one of our favorites in a staple on our weekends and vacation. Never again thanks to ocean walks cold Stone creamery that loves to throw away food their customers pay for

HAIR IN ICE CREAM. had to return and get the ice cream replaced. Very disappointed I get it crap happens but I will shop elsewhere.... Flavors were great. Staff immediately resolved the issues.

Expensive but delicious

Best ice cream in town by far. So many different flavors & toppings to choose from. My go to selection is the Strawberry-Blonde with Oreos. Try it & thank me later. Rhianna, Jordan & Brandy are excellent at what they do & very customer friendly. Give these people a raise! 👍😎

Best cold stone in the eastern region! Staff friendly! Store is clean! Best ice cream in DaytonaBeach! Came in 2 nights ago, staff was amazing and the new shift manager was very professional and had the place looking very very nice.
