Rude service from both employees working 6/26/26 at 7:28 p.m. Unable to get help in drive thru, but looking at a pedestrian place an order at the drive thru speaker and pay/pick up at window.

Worst Dunkin in the area. Ive been twice. First time, drink was wrong. Today i had a mobile drive thru order, got to the window and my drink wasnt made so they park me, with noone behind me. 15 min later i walk in bc my drink hasnt come out, its sitting on the counter, melting and made wrong, a ghost white mocha beverage that the employee insists is mocha but "will add more." I was told the reason for the wait was they were understaffed, except there were 6 employees behind the counter. I will never return to this location!

Very friendly great atmosphere

0709 waiting inside store with 5 employees working. Waited till about 0711 till someone finally helped me as employees looked at me. My oder was ready tje whole time I could of got my oder 4-5 minutes faster if employee knew how to acknowledge people. This one the worst DD around. I won't come here is I wasn't doing delivery from here. And yes I wrote this while waiting for my oder Lobby never open when I supposed to be this is honestly one of thw worst DD around. Aging if I wasn't doing a delivery from here I wouldn't ce here they domt csrw about the delivery people even though through covid and the shut down we were the ones keeping them open. We have tome limits to pick up and delivery by not that even if wr go inside they acknowledge us or have food ready 05/27/2026 0608 Came in for an oder like always not ready or even started 2 people work just talking. One girl looks at me oh you here for an oder. Oder was pick up time 0608 well they were so busy talking about making their own drinks and taking oders for drive thru that oder didn't start till 0610. Meanwhile I was here at 0605. Putting stickers on containers and talking to eachother not as important as getting food out for customers that already paid and are waiting. Then taking drive-thru oders instead of making food while someone is waiting. Show this place doesn't care. I would honestly love to give a good review but hard when the manager doesn't fix anything. Oder was finally done at 0614 6 minutes past pickup…

At this point don’t even put a classic back on the menu if they cannot make it right it’s always tasting straight like milk, not even a mocha not even a cookie flavor, And I hate that I have to point out the color and still get told this is what you order.

The lady in there with the lopsided face with the septum nose ring is so rude and was yelling at me from across the room because I didn’t hear her calling my drink but it was packed. I am a child and very nice but her manager did come over and apologized to me but it was very rude and inconsiderate that she didn’t.

This Dunkin’ Donuts always has problems. One of the disadvantages is that they close the lobby at 6 PM because there’s always nobody working. On international Speedway, where you have a lot of traffic with events.

I had this after school and everybody noticed that I went on a sugar rush lol 😂 then act as super irritable after lol 😂

I went to Dunkin yesterday for a small Cafe Latte and a boston cream donut. I rarely go to Dunkin so I was kind of excited about this junk food I was going to enjoy. My donut had about a 1/2 teaspoon of chocolate frosting on it...that was a bummer. Then, this is where this gets really irritating, I pull out of the drive thru and try to put my straw into the top of the lid, well...it wasn't cooperating...because there was no opening. So that was helpful. But now it gets gross....I drink roughly 5 sips and on the sixth one I feel something on my tongue...I thought "oh no, it's not, no, eew...." yep it was a black, course, curly hair on my tongue! Needless to say I was already gone and was absolutely disgusted....wasted $8 & some change to take 1 bite of a donut that was clearly iced in the dark and to sip up (remember the lid had no straw opening) someone's nasty hair. I threw it away and felt that phantom hair on my tongue for the rest of morning! Not cool!

Actually the worst dunkin you’ll ever go to. It’s a bunch of lazy kids working in there, worst customer service you will ever receive and chances are, your drink and or food order will be messed up or cold

Disappointing customer service on Tuesday, April 14th around 1:10 PM. I ordered a drink that tasted like the milk was off, so I came back later and politely asked if it could be remade. Instead, I was told they could not help without a receipt, even though I was never offered one in the first place. It took two employees at the window to handle something that should have been a simple fix. Instead of being proactive and making it right, the situation was handled with attitude over a $4 drink. I stopped here to avoid waiting a few extra minutes in the Starbucks line, but I ended up wasting more time coming back anyway. Management should really pay attention to how customers are being treated at this location. A little better service and professionalism would have made all the difference. Those extra few minutes at Starbucks would have been worth it.

I've been a dunkin customer for years, in many states when away on business its pretty much my goto breakfast stop. That being said this is the worst location I have ever been to. Detroit, Sanford, and Georgia beat these guys. Attitudes for no reasons, old food, maybe because its next to the college but damn. The reason it has 4 stars is because of all the tourist. Trust me goto a other location. What is their adversion to filling a cup as well are you saving dunkin that much by scamming me? Tried round two maybe it was the crew. Nope the whole location. I know i asked for an everything bagel but this is ridiculous. Go to another location trust me.

Food was good. I really want to give the cashier "Pee" 5 stars, good did well as a new employee taking orders, very polite and respectful. She did a amazing job. Its good to see there are good employees left in the world. Did not like the attitude staff gave a new employee working and trying to understand. Managers should give staff members a special training on how to talk and be patient with new staff. Customers pay attention

Encountered the team member Andrew and received HORRIBLE service!!!! I tried my best to change the interaction to be a pleasant one, but he was RUDE and had no type of customer service skills whatsoever. Please remove him from dealing with your guest!!! He also forgot to add sugar and cream in all 3 of my drinks and instead of remaking them gave me sugars and cream to do it myself. (No manager on duty) as a business owner I would never treat my guest this way.

This store has the rudest staff of any Dunkin I have ever seen. This one should be shut down or at the very least fire everyone and start over.

Store looks rundown. I stood at the counter for five minutes and everybody was too busy serving the drive-through and I walked out without buying anything.

I’ve been to this Dunkin' location a few times, and each visit the staff has seemed rude. It’s the closest to my home, but i guess I’ll go to another location because the service here isn’t very welcoming.

I’ve visited this location three times now, and unfortunately each experience has been disappointing. The staff has come across as rude on all three occasions.

The service was always good, until today. They gave me two really old bagels, and I couldn’t come back, because I was far from there. They shouldn’t do that, because their service is always great. That’s why I still gave them the 5 stars.
