Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Diners writing about this place keep returning to service. Service tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 5.0 stars.
If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (17 reviews). Of the 21 rated reviews, 18 sit at four stars or better and 2 at two or below. One subject never comes up here: how clean the place looks.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (99/100), with 1 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on May 18, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 91% of graded kitchens in Volusia County. The citations behind that grade include bathrooms.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

It was great customer service!
-
Absolutely loved the lady at the register. She was very helpful!
-
Excellent service and food . Will be back
-
such nice staff 10/10
-
Very expensive for delivery and they don't bring to your resort door. Why did I spend $60 for 2 small pizzas to have to meet them in the street?
-
Great cheese pie, great calzone, this is the place.
-
They use kalamata olives and feta in their Greek salads, and plenty of them 🥰 My husband I didn't have to 'fight' the pepperoncini from it either, because there were 2. The meat calzone and pepperoni pizza we ordered were also very good. I would post pictures, but we tore into and ate it all as soon as we returned to the hotel room. They are not afraid of using cheese here (I like my food super cheesy), and know how to balance their sauce ratios. If you like your pizza saucy, I would request extra. The staff was friendly and I'm sure they would accommodate.

Amazing atmosphere, great employees, absolutely amazing food must try!!

If you know pies this is the place to go. I’ll be honest, I prefer a slimmer slice, but Gionnani’s isn’t one of those mush mouth slices you consumer the next morning. Hot out the oven its flavor profile combats that of any Ny or pub style slice but where they reign true. I challenge anyone to find a better cold slice of pizza, the reason being, when you’ve truly dialed in your sauce, cheese, and crisp ratio you can stand amongst the best when cold.

Delicious pizza! Friendly service!

Staying at the Hard Rock down the street, needed a good pizza fix. This place is perfect, walking distance to many hotels, great pizza and great service. If I was here tomorrow, I would go back. I only post reviews when I see owners respond, this owner does which means he cares and it shows pride of ownership.

I absolutely love this small pizzeria. The food is amazing, just as well as the service. It's open late so you can enjoy it when everything closes after 10pm. They have deals too, the food is definitely worth the price.

We visit on vacation every year and always have pizza delivered to our condo! We are never disappointed with the meal. The people are so nice and friendly.

Delicious pizza and friendly service

Ordered a cheeseburger pizza and it came with sausage and lettuce and marinara sauce. There’s no cheeseburger pizza I have ever have.
-
The pizza was amazing the wings were great the bruschetta was cooked like a pizza veggies were hot not cold and fresh

-
The pizza was so delicious, the owner very hospitable. Highly recommend visiting.

Pizza, wings, and stromboli were all excellent. Dined in, service and staff were friendly. I am from NY, this place did not disappoint.
-
Great good, cozy little spot to pop in with the family for a quick bite
-
Great pizza! The chicken bacon ranch pizza was phenomenal! The only ding is maybe a little high on the price, and it's more of a take out or delivery place than a dine in, but otherwise delicious!
