MCDONALD'S

Had to speak to 5 of the 6 people working to get my food. Unsure what made things so difficult. Online order shouldnt take 15mins to aquire. Im unsure how in 2026 your able to burn the beef patties at a mcdonalds as 20ish years ago when I worked there it was fool proof. Not sure what yall got going on but pretty sure at this point ill just take my chances at the ridgewood/Mason store...

Was unable to place an order to due to the worker being rude and snapping back at us. There was a line out the door.

I think they might be severely understaffed. Took a hour to get through the drive thru for just a Sausage , McMuffin with egg.

Shitty experience. They skipped over my order simply cause I needed a receipt. They kept talking shit about me behind the little wood wall. Constantly saying “the one who needs the receipt” everytime they said shit. I was right on the opposite side of the wall and could hear them clearly. Don’t come here. It’s unprofessional, they refuse to give you a receipt, then can’t even get your order right as they have it on a screen infront of you and keep saying “ask the one who wants a receipt what their drink is. Ask them what size” I just simply said look at your screen or the receipt you refuse to give me since it’s all right there.

It depends on when you go. You never know if it going to be a good day or a bad day. On a good day you may get what you ordered in a timely manner. But on a bad day there are cars staged everware waiting for food. We always take a round in the parking lot to check it out first.

Got really bad food poisoning.

Sat in drive through and curbside pickup for 30+ minutes for one coffee placed via mobile app. They claimed they never received the order. Opened a case with McDonald. Place needs to be investigated.

I ordered a double burger with onions and a fish fillet and a chocolate milkshake. The fish fillets bun was smashed, and the double burger came without any onions. The milkshake was fine because it was made by a machine. The restaurant was completely empty, no customers at all, the drive-thru was empty. There was no excuse for such a bad service. I truly believe that the employees are trying to sabotage the restaurant. I will never step a foot at McD ever again.

If I could give a 0 star I would, the manager that looks like a man, Cheryl wants to be rude to me and my friends when we ordered frappes on the screens like we knew they were out of it. And she only asked one of us that was already over there what he wanted instead of the frappe and he said regular coffee and she didn’t ask any of us so she got us all the regular coffee, we ask for a switch and she wants to give us attitude and say it’s the same thing as the frappe, which it’s not. And so I order a dirty Dr Pepper then she says she can’t make that but it’s literally cheaper than the frappe, so a manager has to customer service and don’t know the menu at all. We just wanted some lunch on our vacation and some manager that hates her job what’s to take out her bad day on all of us. Have a great day Cheryl!

I don’t typically review fast food chains but a shout out to the crew here. Very kind, personable people that made my son’s day by amping up how good the lemonade would be. Appreciate the effort to make the kids smile!

McDonald's - We went there around 5pm on a very hot afternoon. However, the air in the resturant was broken. It was like an oven!!! Worst part is that the staff were not taking order at all. They were busy in the kitchen for who know what, they were taking orders for drive-thru. We were standing in the cashier for literally 5 mins and no one talk to us. The experience with this McDonald's location was VERY POOR.

Mic, our waiter, was especially kind and helpful. When our food was brought to us, the order was very accurate and the food was delicious. I will definitely be back!

I ordered 3 breakfast with bacon and guess what?!? Just one came right! Now I have 3 kids fighting.

Currently sitting in the drive-thru. I have been sitting in the same spot for 15 minutes.

lobby was very clean

The staff was terrific, friendly and quick! The food is the typical frozen and reheated McDonald's menu. Oh how I wish McD Corporate would have them go back when they made their own buttermilk biscuits and actually cracked an egg again. And for that matter, go back to beef tallow for cooking the fries. Those were some excellent tasting fries- anyone born after 1986, you don't know what you are missing.

Slow service

I asked them to remake my coffee & they gave me all my food raw.

Had to wait for 2 burgers, 2 fries.

Poor service short staffed, cashier got order wrong and slow.
