What diners say — our read

4.2 stars across 19 reviews, an F health grade — those two numbers are not describing the same visit. The staff cuts both ways here, averaging 3.0 among the reviews that raise it.

15 of 19 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 3 are two or lower. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 13 of 19. What nobody raises here is pacing — it goes unmentioned across all 19 reviews.

None of that is visible in a star rating: the most recent DBPR inspection graded this kitchen an F (59/100), citing 3 high-priority, 2 intermediate, and 11 basic violations. Diner sentiment and inspection result are measuring different things here, and only one of them is checked by the state. That result dates from April 2, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. Ranked against Volusia County, it is safer than 4% of the restaurants we score. What the inspector actually wrote up: cross-contamination and bare-hand contact with ready-to-eat food.

What to do with that is a judgement call — the reviews describe the experience, the grade describes the conditions behind it. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

    Burgers are amazing

Food is awesome! Service is lacking! Worst service in the area every time.

Was going to watch the US soccer game here, but ended up watching at home. This would have been a fun place to watch the game! We got here around 6ish and sat at the end of the bar. They were out of a couple of IPAs, but got the Papa Bears Oatmeal Stout in memory of Big Dave and enjoyed it. We decided to get some appetizers since we were going out to eat later. Got the Irish Eggrolls and the Bavarian preztels. The eggrolls were really delicious with corned beef, crunchy coleslaw, and Swiss cheese served with tangy remoulade dipping sauce. The pretzel was warm and good with the beer cheese sauce. Really nice place that is perfect location to enjoy a stroll after along the Intercoastal.

    Great burgers Thursday burger deal

Came in burger night, first time here and really like it. I’ve been to a couple Irish pubs in the area, but I have to say this is the best one found so far.

I’ve been going to this restaurant for Years as a local, food is always delicious, service hit or miss, the only reason I’m writing this review is because they changed their French fries!! Big disappointment the photo with the old French fries and current photo why the change?! Bring them back please ♥️🧑‍🍳

Amazing food, service anytime we've been there.

  • May 24, 2026

Kinda pricey for an Irish pub but everything else was great.

Great Reuben sandwich, fries and a Bloddy Mary. Server was super friendly!

Great food and a nice relaxing atmosphere

  • May 19, 2026

Wasn't thrilled with most recent visit. Everything that hit the table was greasy. Fish could have been fresher. Servers looked like they would rather be somewhere else. Kept pointing to a QR code if I wanted to know what beers they have. I don't do QR codes. Consider a beer menu for us old folks.

Wings were boiled even though I asked for extra crispy. Soup was very good and espresso martini was also great. I thought the right thing to do was take off 1/2 of the $15 wings since I didn’t even eat it but they did not.

Good Irish Pub for grub. We didn't have any booze, but food was good. Had the Leprechaun Dip, which was a great French dip with beer braised onions and was delicious.
