What diners say — our read

One subject runs through these 17 reviews more than any other: front-of-house. Reviewers who mention the staff rate this place 4.4 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour.

The split is 14 positive to 1 negative across 17 rated reviews, with 2 in the middle. Behind those, whether it is worth the money is raised in 18% of reviews (4.0 average). More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 11 of 17.

On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (94/100), with 1 intermediate and 3 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That result dates from February 9, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 65% of graded kitchens in Volusia County. What the inspector actually wrote up: in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.

Nothing here pulls in opposite directions — an unusually clean read. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

This location has been by far the greatest ever since I’ve been coming here. This location takes their job very seriously and I appreciate the waiters and the manager Emily for checking in on me during my visit. They don’t judge and treat everyone fairly which is how business should be done. Thank you!

One of the worst dining experiences ever. We had couple of friends visiting us, so thought of spending good time with them over dinner and decided to go to Olive Garden. To my surprise, we had terrible experience. After we sat, the server came for order and we requested more time. Within 2 mins she was back for order, we mentioned we are still discussing and she made an ugly face and left. Few mins later completely new server came to our desk for order, which was a bit insulting. With server asking us continuously to place order, we in a hurry had to decide. After we place the order, minestrone soup which was served had no veggies, pastas, it was just broth. The salad was without any dressing and sauces, it was just raw veggies. Also, we were suppose to receive 4 soups and 4 salads. However we just received 2 each and had to remind the server multiple times to get remaining soup & salad. Remaining soup came after 15 mins but other 2 salad never arrived, we finally gave up. Food served was ordinary, Five cheese Ziti had less marinara sauce. And most disgusting part was, water arrived after we completed our dinner. Finally, before leaving we requested for some hot water, we waited for 20 mins but it didn't arrive and finally we left the restaurant completely unsatisfied. This was not the experience I was expecting from Olive Garden.

Food is salty & not as good overpriced & very sysco tasting even the salad as of late not great. I'm not a corporate cafeteria eater, I like homemade like the places I have worked for years waitressing.

Great spot fora budget lunch! Service was good, food was fresh, salad served on chilled plates was a bonus. Haven't gone to OG for years, I think I might go more often.
