I am absolutely appalled at my experience tonight with Taco Bell this one in particular I was charged for items I NEVER ASKED MENTIONED OR ORDERED MY ORDER WAS ALMOST $30! I knew something wasn’t right but I got my receipt and food as I was leaving I checked the receipt and the food I was charged for food I didn’t ask for that wasnt in the bag and stuff I didn’t ask for still wasnt in the bag I went back WHAT A SURPRISE THEY THOUGHT AS I WALKED IN I’m a district manager so I knew something wasn’t right wrong she got really aggressive with me because i caught them stealing cash pretty much also when I got things resolved I asked for the manager on shoft EHAT do ya know she smelt like a straight cigarette so nasty the food was so nasty the girl was embarrassed to show it to him because they know what they were doing so as I asked for the manager he said he was the manager I was surprised smelling like that and making my food also handing me my food with the gloves u just made all the drive through orders in but let’s get to the real issue I was concerned because I am a district manager and I see these xo workers in sweat pants and shoes that they arnt wearing they slip the tennis shoes on and step on the back what happens is they get burned or fall other girl was wearing crocks 🤦‍♀️ this is why our fast food chains fail because you all have managers or shift leaders that let these people do whatever they want I asked for the manager because I was concerned of the employees and…

I went through the drive through. I had a huge order. To add to it everyone ranted something left out. Our complicated order was 100% correct! Our only complaint was the speaker was awful.

Terrible experience. Got the order wrong twice, had no ice so we had to drink worm soda. Non caring staff. This place should close. Erased this place off my travel stops.

They seem to always be out of ice. Food and service is about what you would expect for Taco Bell.

EXTREMELY RUDE Worker!!!!

If you are into listening to employees arguing and/or talking poorly about customers in super loud voices, ones with really bad attitudes, super slow service, room temp food and a consistently dirty lobby... this is the place to be. Wanna be completely ignored, even when every associate makes eye contact with you, just stand in front of a register and you will be left alone for what will feel like hours until you call someone over who will just give you an attitude and make you use the kiosk. Currently, there are 6 or 7 employees here but I would only count 2 who are actually working. The rest are in a heated debate about pop culture and hating customers who do certain things. The good news is I think i made their top 10 after this visit. They have 1 customer inside (me) and a few in line and I only ordered 3 soft tacos and still waited almost 20 min for my food for which I can only assume was to make sure it was the best food theu can provide. For the price taco bell charges and the garbage service it provides, it is cheaper and better to just go to a real Mexican resturant now. Super disappointing.

Great experience the food was great and the staff was friendly.

Waited 30 min for someone to help me after asking didn’t get food so I just walked out this place needs new staff who ever was working 7-8pm May 9th needs to be fired

They told us they're not serving anyone else when the line was super short because they were "backed up". I can understand having to wait a bit but for you to look me in my eyes and say "yea, no im not serving you because we have too many orders" is OBSURD. The team should be trained to be EFFICIENT and RELIABLE and NOT refuse service because they are APPARENTLY "overwhelmed" when they VISIBLY were not and in FACT slacking off.

These people never want to work they kicked out everyone because the lady at the front was tired

If I could give zero stars I so would! Had numerous of cars backed out onto the roadway for 45 minutes just to close on us and cussed us, will not ever be coming back to this disgusting place! Need to fire the black hair boy that was working tonight! Rude and disrespectful is beyond an understatement!

The staff was actually very helpful once they were able to step away from drive thru.

Had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Taco Bell location. After receiving our order and driving around the building we realized items were missing, only to be accused by staff of hiding or stealing food that was never put in our bag to begin with. Like we were trying to steal $3.00 Nacho fries. When we brought this to their attention, employees wanted to reached into our bag, and began digging through our food—flipping items upside down and out of their wrappers. It was incredibly disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Proceeding to tell us we are always trouble when we go there. We only have trouble with this specific key holder and the employees she has thought bad customer service to. We are business owner in this town and would never have someone work for us that treated our customers like that! We don’t have problems when anyone is working. Instead of correcting their mistake, we were told we were lying and treated with hostility the entire time. No customer should ever be handled this way, especially over an error on the restaurant’s part. The situation was so upsetting that I had to contact corporate. This kind of behavior reflects very poorly on the management and staff at this location. I hope serious action is taken to ensure no one else is treated this way.

Service sucks. They tell you to order at a kiosk to get faster service, the kiosk is horribly dirty. They forgot to add my sour cream, so when I went to the counter to repay for it, they told me I had to use the kiosk to order sour cream. Which then took over 3 minutes to receive. I'm pregnant so I had the taste for tacos, I should have went next door to 711 to get a taco. Lol I would have probably gotten better service

Worst service. I waited 20 minutes with no other customers just to place a simple order. The three employees were talking, and I had to interrupt them to get help, which seemed to make them upset.
