DAIRY QUEEN GRILL AND CHILL

We went in right before closing and the staff was all still super inviting. Service was really fast and food was delicious. I wish we had a DQ like this closer to our house!

No hair nets..including the cook...not appetizing...won't vist again

Went in today around 12:15. Service felt rude and unprofessional during my visit. Staff communication was poor, and I didn’t feel treated respectfully. The food was average, but Blizzard toppings were lighter than expected. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

I cannot give the service enough stars. They did add cheese toy burger when I asked for no cheese, but not only remade the burger, they remade my French fries so they too were fresh. I cannot remember the young gentleman's name as I have severe memory loss. He was super amazing!! We drove over 25 minutes to get to the restaurant, it was well worth it. I will be back.

What a horrible place 0 customer service

Staff was nice and pleasant but obviously stressed. Not sure store design/work stations set up for optimum efficiency. Big water leak by door to patio. Floor and carpet soaked and standing water. Food was great and pretty quick. Quicker than some waiting ahead of our order.

Visited Dairy Queen and had a really frustrating experience. We ordered two Peanut Buster Parfaits (normally $6.59 each) and simply asked for chopped nuts and whipped cream on top—nothing crazy. What we didn’t expect was to be charged an extra $0.59 for the chopped nuts… not once per parfait, but THREE times per parfait. When we asked about it, the employee told us they charge for each layer. Seriously? What should have been about a $14 order turned into nearly $19 because of this ridiculous “per layer” charge. That kind of pricing feels excessive and misleading for a simple customization. Definitely not worth it. Won’t be back.
