CHICK-FIL-A DELAND

Not sure what the issue is here, every time I order, at least one thing is missing from my order. There’s literally stickers on the bag, saying what should be in the order so I don’t understand why this is an ongoing issue.

The bread was old , didnt taste good

I preordered and after waiting over 10 minutes and watching cars go thru the drive thru and leaving while I’m still waiting, I went inside and got my order. There was nobody in line Inside at all. I asked her for my order. She asked my name and said my order was on the counter and ready. She just said they were very busy. But nobody was in line! I asked if I could order a cookie and she said “yes, we can take care of that,” and then walked away without taking my order.. So I grabbed my order and left. Very disorganized and I’m surprised by the lack of attention! It would be best if they would give a choice for pickup time, but they don't start preparing your order until you enter your parking spot number. Edit: I've returned several times and preordering is the slowest. The drive thru is slightly faster. I just stopped today to order only chicken nuggets and they had me move forward past pickup window to wait for just one order of nuggest!

Worst customer service I ordered on the app the app messed up took my 44 dollars tonight and hopefully shows back up the other managers don’t care

This location is so much slower than every other Chick-fil-A that I have ever been to. I’m not sure what’s going on, but the service is just not great.. This particular location Has given me the incorrect order on Multiple occasions, which is very different than the Orange city location where everything is usually perfect .

Also consistent and always get the service. Its pricy but I'm just cheap! But my kids love it and we get it to use for for our birthday parties really easy to pickup large orders. Great again as usual love earning free food from the points :)

Im literally Addicted to this Jalepeño Ranch Grilled Chicken sandwich n only 550 calories!! Ive had 3 this week!! N can't stop craving it!! LOVE IT! The store is clean, The staff is super friendly n helpful when ordering! I recommend 👌 this place to anyone! The wait time is minimal. Drive thru or walk in!! Wish I hadn't eaten it all as writing this review, otherwise id post a Pic 🤣

We live since 4 years in Florida, but today was my first vist at Chick-fil-A. I had a spicy chicken sandwich. It was probably the best chicken sandwich I had so far. Besides the tasty food I noticed the cleanness in the restaurant. A young man was all the time busy to clean up and put the chairs in order. He asked us if he can take our tray with the paper waste after we finshed eating. He was very friendly. There are many fast food restaurants, but Chick-fil-A is outstandinding because they have better food and they are different regarding customer wellbeing. 👍👍👍

I normally don’t like leaving bad reviews but I just got lunch here on 5/4 and got very bad food poisoning immediately after eating. Can’t tell if it’s norovirus or food poisoning, since both are similar, but I’m guessing someone prepping or carrying out the food either didn’t wash their hands or someone is sick in the kitchen while at work. Terrible hard stomach cramps, nausea and other unpleasant symptoms.
