I ordered food online for my family. Then went to pickup order. I got to the restaurant five minutes early and they had my order ready. In addition to that, everything was delicious.

This place has always been hit or miss but after opening up my bowl to a bug inside its safe to say i won’t come back lmao 🤢
-
Done with this place on 92. Paid the $2 extra or whatever it is for a side of chips and this is what we received. Moe’s would never

Food is consistently good. It always appears there is enough staff but only one person handling the entire line so service can be a bit slow at times. It certainly doesn't stop me from coming back though.

This location has declined significantly. Went in around 8ish in the evening. Staff hanging around not doing anything. Cashier chilling on her phone. Sour cream was all over the floor. They were out of lettuce, tomatoes, corn, and carnitas. Very disappointed and left. We likely will make the drive to the location on International from now on. Way better!

This place is rude and they skimp on meat

Good food and service. We'll gladly come back again

One of the worst. Snobby staff, low concern regarding customer service(managers as well). A few servers are awesome, however most act as if you’re just an inconvenience. I don’t wanna think it has anything to do with race, stereotypes or just not treating all customers the same.

Someone named Gizelle cash me out and she was so rude and nasty. All the food looked disgusting like I had been sitting out for hours. I’ve never seen food like that in a chipotle. Usually it is fresh. The beans had a thick gross layer on top. Giselle refused to allow me to purchase one single taco to go. She told me I had to purchase a bowl. After cashing out, she just walked away. I asked her for my receipt and she yelled from the back it’s in the bag. Just disgusting human being and her manager witnessed the entire thing and just allowed it to happen. The gentleman making my food was very nice, and you could tell he was very uncomfortable with the people he had to work with.

Stale chips, ask for salad and got rice with it . Just subpar and very disappointing. They ran out of cheese for crying out loud. A Mexican experience without cheese. Just awful.
-
Good experience but no ice for soft drinks.

After waiting 20 minutes in line, I started my order and chose my rice and beans. I asked for sofritas, and the employee said, “This is what we have,” while showing me old, dry meat. I asked if they were making more, and she checked with a cook who seemed completely lost and shook his head no. What’s the point of leaving old, dry food out and asking customers if they want it? You know there’s a problem, yet you leave it there hoping someone will take it. Why not throw it out and make a new batch? This location should definitely be looked into.

I’ve gotta give credit where it’s due. You’ve got a solid crew working at this location. The food is always fresh and the staff are friendly, which honestly isn’t something you can say about a lot of places anymore. I especially want to give a shout out to Lincoln. I don’t know if he still works there, but back in March of last year he helped me out with something that had nothing to do with Chipotle and everything to do with just being a good person. Stuff like that sticks with you. Good people and good food , that’s why I keep coming back.

My experience at Chipotle (2335 S.Woodland Blvd ,DeLand,Fl this afternoon was extremely horrible, horrifying cashier (Kennedy) and Manager on duty easy way out was to give the give the customer a refund and basically rushed the customer out of the store. My experience today has shown me to never come back and certain customer are shown that they are not appreciated in this particular eatery establishment.

Im so tired of being disappointed by this chipotle, that I had to write a review. CONSTANTLY they’re out of the vinaigrette sauce. The meat is always cold. I have no issues with the staff. The employees there are always nice, but to the Manager Why are you not making sure that you have enough vinaigrette sauce for the day? Its the best part of the meal. The first thing I ask when I go into any chipotle now is do you have the vinaigrette sauce. This store has made it so custom to me that they dont have the vinaigrette sauce , that now I assume every other store must have the same issue, its to the point where I wont even order any food unless they have the vinaigrette sauce and will walk straight out. All I wanted after my 12 hour work day was chipotle with the vinaigrette sauce.

Love, Love, LOVE this chipotle location! We were visiting Blue Springs State Park for the manatees and decided to eat here, being the nearest Chipotle location. So, so, sooo very glad we came here. Came hungry and going back happy! We were a party of five (on two different receipts) and all of us loved our food and drinks! The food was massively delicious, fresh and hot. Between us we tried almost everything on the menu, except the quesadillas. Everything was perfectly cooked, even the brown rice! Big shout out to the amazing LYDYA who assembled the PERFECT bowl, just as I like it and I told her only once. My daughter asked for a burrito and that was also brilliantly assembled together and neatly rolled up. ANGIE was at the checkout, and she was so cheerful, just like Lydia! Loved their warm and welcoming attitude. Specially mentioning this because our Longwood Chipotle on 434 has been more of a miss than a hit, especially with their cheerless and combative attitude. Maybe send them here for training with Lydia, Angie and the rest of the crew who run this location with good natured and happy cheer. Thank you all! No surprise they’re kept busy!
-
Really excellent proportions and tasty food! Honestly among the best burritos I have had at chipotle- my tummy and taste buds were delighted by all the deliciousness!
-
I lost count of how many times this location NEVER has protein. The biggest straw was coming in to a long line the gentleman in front of me said they were out of chicken and were making it and that it would be about 15 mins. After 15 mins of waiting an employee comes out and says that they will not have enough chicken made for everyone in line… WHAT so you just made us all stand here and wait for no reason?! What kind of customer service is that??
-
Nothing much to say. Everything you would expect from a Chipotle. Good food, quick and easy.
