Very poor customer service ask for whipped cream on the top of Sunday and it was so small wasn’t even a quarter I said something and they said it was on there I said something and they said it was on there

Employees aren't properly trained. They try to send out togo orders without bags. When I tried to explain it to the employee that it needs to be in a bag he didn't understand due to a lack of English skills. There is a corporate policy for a reason. This store badly needs an audit.

Dairy Queen never disappoints! The food is always HOT, fresh and delicious, and the service is consistently friendly and fast. Every visit has been a great experience from start to finish. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or treating yourself to something sweet, this location always gets it right and if not speak with the manager and she will gladly make it right for you! Highly recommend!

Okay so first thing first the place smells like every other Indian place. They dont accept coupons. They got our order wrong twice. They can barley speak fluently in English or Spanish. They give small portions of hot fudge. The place is a no go

We had a miscommunication with our order, but at the window it was fixed immediately. We ordered 2 meal deals & the food was hot & delicious & very affordable 😋 of course the sundaes were the best. Thank you
