MCDONALDS 22731

So slow, I put an order in on my mobile tried to go through the drive thru but lady taking order was very rude so I changed to curbside and then waited for 15 mins for 2 Sausage burritos. Poor management!!!!

I often don’t write reviews unless they’re good, but time and time again the staff at this particular location offer such disappointing service. I completely understand that in working customer service, especially in fast food, sometimes stores can get extremely busy. However, a simple “we will be with you in just a moment” goes a long way, it shows that at the very least the customer feels seen. Couple that with the fact that, not only have you been sitting there waiting almost 20-30 minutes, but the order comes out wrong. I certainly don’t believe “the customer is always right” and again, I get the job isn’t the most glamorous, but sometimes it just comes down to a complete lack of care to do your job properly.

We did drive through and there was no conversation just pure silence didnt ask for my card just stuck her hand out did an up charge on drinks when I didnt ask.and was making fun at the window. Let alone my fries were spilt all in the bag and had are napkins soaked in grease

Everything tasted old and cold, even the “baked” Apple Pie which literally warns you of the heat on the box was very cold.

Still trying to figure out why it takes a minimum of 5 minutes for someone to come up to the register. It's not like it's a once or twice thing. It's everyday with every customer that's there, no matter the time of day. Do better.

Me and my sister had lunch. Everything made fresh!!

Everyone is rude.. bad service all the way around all the way to the management.. Second time out of 3 visits I've had just an unbearable experience.. today my son's milk is expired.. he did not get his toy.. fries were all half empty and nuggets are cold and by cold i dont mean room temperature i mean out of the refrigerator cold.. this store is going to end up killing someone before McDonald's cares.

I went to McDonald's with my Mom to get some Lunch and Dine-in.

Terrible service. I bought two coffee frappés Mocha and caramel), and they gave them to me melted. It took them a long time to prepare my order. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Had a extremely busy day so just decided to grab a bite to eat on the way home Our food was ice cold so politely went inside to ask for a remake and the manager for night shift (skinny little white girl with long hair) was in the kitchen cussing a storm up that was clearly heard from everyone in the lobby who was also waiting for food to be remade because I guess they mess everyone’s order up …. Extremely unprofessional and terrible service from a MANAGER I hope McDonald’s reviews her as a employee because as a manager your supposed to be able to handle criticism and not run around the kitchen like a teenager throwing a temper tantrum because you’re not capable of doing your job properly what a joke this location is

Ordered a simple curbside pickup. Just a 10 piece nuggets with Coke. She forgot the coke and then I had no straw.

Very poor customer service, very rude, I do not recommend this MCD
