Food was not good and my potatoe bowl hasn't even full

I made a mobile order to this location by accident on Sunday. No one answered the phone for me to cancel the order. Went online and told them I didn't pick up this order and I still haven't received my refund

15 min in the drive thru with a mobile order is too long. But the food was great

Not sure why I gave this TB another chance. Once again the taco chips in my Taco BellGrande were stale. I ordered at the drive thru. Literally live 5 minutes away. So I started eating less than 10 minutes from the time I purchased. The chips were so stale and soggy. I asked for extra meat. I barely got meat, but had lots of cheese and beans. Still not enough to cover all the stale chips, though. I ended up throwing out about 1/2 of the soggy stale chips. I only ate the rest because I was so hungry. I hope I don’t get sick! Never again. I’ve been disappointed before by this place.

Just the drive threw needs redone my trucks to big to make it through had to bend the rail.

Closes dining room to early. And staff were unhelpful and rude

I waited 40 minutes in this drive through, and could not get out because of cars behind me. Only to see workers in there messing around not doing their jobs

Ordered Door Dash for pick up. When arriving was told my food was stolen by the manager, the cashier and the young man mopping the floor. Police were called. The staff of Taco Bell lied to the police and said the food was not stolen and no crime had been comitted. They refused to show him security footage. Door Dash would not refund me because they said my food was still in the restaurant. The police gave me an incident number but refused further help. Taco Bell would not answer the phone when the Door Dash rep called. No food. No refund. Took an hour to finally get a real person for a refund from Door Dash. And its unconfirmed. This is still better than actually eating at this Taco Bell.

When I finally got my food, it was all soggy. The food was horrible. The women in there all they’re doing is talking amongst themselves. Do your job do not recommend.

Cold, prepared wrong, drink melted… Just lazy and nasty.

Wish I could tell you how the food was, but they stopped making it well before closing—we pulled up to the drive thru and they said “we’re closing in fifteen minutes, so we don’t have any cooked items.” So much for the advertised late-night cravings. It’s fine if you close before 1am, just be honest in your advertising so we don’t drive there at 12:45 to find that out.

Shenise and Crystal were amazing!! Crystal was so polite and professional on the intercom and you just don’t see that now and days. I appreciate you very much.

This place is terrible. Twice in a row my tacos had nothing on it but meat and a few strands of cheese and the shells were stale like they had been sitting out for a day

Waited 30 min for takeout while online deliveries took priority until I had to say something, while one girl was on her phone and the other slowly cleaning up. Bless the two guys actually doing work in the kitchen.

Not terrible but they love to rush you when ordering through the drive through.and speaking of the drive through, terrible set up. Almost can't make the turn in my f150.

When in picking up lunch for my work crew they were so rude to me first I need a credit card receipt they made me go to the Kia so you don't get a receipt I was told then when the food came out I had three drinks they didn't even offer me a caddy I had to ask for one and then when they brought my food up in the bag all the containers inside were open will not be using this Taco Bell again if any other one either.

These employees do not care about the customer or the product they provide. Don't not spend your money here.

Pleasantly surprised byeal. Although the wait time was longer than what was provided to me by online estimate by 5 minutes. I got the Tuesday drop deal a chulupa for a $1.00. It was packed FULL. I expected it to be puny, very minimal filling. As TB has failing in standards in all aspects lately. Only been to this location 1 time a super long time ago. Not close to me but from now on if in the area will stop here instead of one closer to my house in Orange City, which is not good. Only stop when have deals because it's so not worth it anymore. I would definitely recommend this location!

Terrible customer service with an attitude while ordering. $30 Order was missing several items and required going back through the drive through for 15 minutes to get resolved. No apology for the inconvenience and seemingly no sympathy. Very disappointed at how terrible this experience was and will certainly spend the extra 10 minutes to go to Orange City.

Terrible tacos

I ordered two cheesy roll-ups, and other things. They gave me beef roll-ups? How do you screw that up? All they had to do was put cheese in it.... Also paid for sour cream on Mexican pizza, none. What a rip. Double check instead of guessing and failing. Sorry, i found a pinch of cheese, if that much.
