DUNKIN' DONUTS

Loved the unexpected star shaped Boston Cream donut for 4th of July.

today was my last straw with this dunkin. it sucks because this is the closest one to me, but i would much rather make the drive to the other one on howland (or literally any other Dunkin) than spend my money here just because it’s local. this store is consistently bad. i tried it again today after not visiting this one for awhile. i ordered an iced coffee and donuts. i was handed a white milk looking drink (it isn’t supposed to be that color) and my donuts were just thrown upside down inside the bag (they do this almost every time). listen to the reviews, they’re right. don’t waste your time or money here, they’ve been this way for years and it’s obvious no one cares to do anything about it

On father’s day I decided to get breakfast for my kids and mother who was visiting from NY. This is my 3rd visit to this Dunkin and very last time making this mistake, the other times were meh, but this was objectively worse. I ordered 4 donuts, an everything bagel, 2 x hash browns(they charged for 3), a shaken espresso, frozen coffee, and a black coffee. The hash browns were ice cold and soggy. The bagel was stale and cold even though I ordered extra toasted, the donuts were just smushed together in a bag and the frosting and sprinkles were all stuck to each other, the coffee was so sweet we couldn’t taste the coffee. The black coffee was lukewarm but the best thing. For $35+ and a tip!!!!! I wish we just made our coffee and breakfast this morning at home for Father’s Day. And they didn’t even bother to give me a receipt, so I couldn’t even return the cold stale crap in the bag. Dunkin’ lost a customer for life today. I’ll never go to any Dunkin again.

I was not appreciative of being laughed at when asking for donuts I don’t normally frequent Dunkin’ Donuts and instead of being helpful I was laughed at over the microphone as a word of advice those microphones pick up on a lot of things.

Mike and Ivan both made my experience at Dunkin wonderful. Great customer service. Hands down

I was the only person there and I waited over 6 minutes and my drink was wrong. I'm not even sure why I went hear again. I guess it was because I haven't had Dunkin for months. Order was wrong, staff had no clue and even though they repeated my order back to me somehow it was still wrong.

Unfortunately I have never had a good experience at this location. While parking a car comes flying in almost hitting us. As she gets out of her vehicle I realize she is an employee there. There's about 9 people working there including what looks to be the owner & a manger & it still took 20 mins to get an online which was made incorrectly the first time. Overall this locations just sucks 😕 Do yourself a favor and just buy a Keurig....

You can go in on a slow day with no customers inside and no customers in the drive through and still get no customer service.

Food is good, service was quick. They are friendly!

The guy who was behind the counter didn't care to take an order, would rather be on his phone and fixing his fake chains around his neck. Waited around asking can someone take .my order for 5 minutes till I walked out. The ge replied "thank you come again"

Threw donuts out at 6 giving them bad name im a truck driver calling mass Tuesday Wait 4/19 again today the girls in back having a ball ,one man working couldn't get my coffee to get to work ,they would make me late i know now Starbucks the place

Stopped by this Dunkin’ and had a solid experience. The team here was really nice and went a step beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Even though what I wanted wasn’t available out front, they remembered they had more in the back and took the time to grab it instead of just saying it was out. That kind of attention and willingness to help makes a difference, especially on a quick stop. Simple, done right.

Horrible servicio

ALWAYS out of everything. All donuts. They never order enough from their trucks and it’s insane. Always out by 10/11 am.

Probably the worst dunkin out there. They never have anything in stock and every coffee is inconsistent with the only consistent part is disgusting.

Honestly Ive been disappointed by this Dunkin so often I got to the point where I just make my coffee at home. I gave them another shot today only to have my order made incorrectly not once but twice... I drove off thinking they corrected my drink but I took a big sip full of granulated sugar. (I asked for light cream and liquid sugar) The staff was nice but I can just make my coffee at home correctly, not have to waste my gas, my time waiting in line, and spend twice as much for something I am not even going to drink because its not good and not what I asked/paid for.

I walked in Sunday morning 6:30 AM and Mikey greeted me like a superstar. I was indecisive (fog brain)and he was extremely patient and recommended several options. Everything was fresh and tasty. Greatly appreciate him and the crew for a great start to my day.

Went through drive thru asked for the Valentines Day Tin paid for 25 donut holes, only was given 15. Did not think to count, I assumed they were capable of counting to 25, also bought a breakfast wrap, The dough was hard, and cold when I opened it at work!!! Called to let them know, of course no one answered and mailbox wasn’t set up!!! Will never go back again!!

Unfortunately this is the only Dunkin' Donuts by my house. They close at 9:00 but for some reason they only have like two Donuts by the time I get to roll by after work at 5:00. I used to hit my other local Dunkin' Donuts everyday after work but now there's just no point, how do you close at at 9:00 but run out of Donuts by 5:00 in a place with the word donut in the name. Starbucks around the corner will have to do i guess

This dunkin location almost never has anything in inventory. You can't even tell that some workers are working there because they don't even have uniforms. The other dunkin location next to Subway is very better.

Quick and prompt service

Just left the drive through the service was unprofessional the young adults working there laughing and playing around while I’m trying to give my order. Not trying to be critical but can you joke around after I give my order do your job first then play around.

I’m disappointed with this Dunkin’ location because it doesn’t live up to the Dunkin’ brand. During promotional events, I had to ask for items that were supposed to be offered which made the experience uncomfortable. The promotions don’t seem well executed, and the overall energy from the staff feels low—like they don’t want to be there. There are other Dunkin’ locations nearby, but this one is closest to me, and I shouldn’t feel the need to drive farther just to get better service. Unfortunately, this location doesn’t provide a welcoming or friendly atmosphere that encourages me to keep coming back and spending my money here.

Few things in life are guaranteed. 1. Death 2. If you come here they will be out of something you ordered.
