Great theatre. Have a nice cold beer before your movie!!!!!

Nice theater. Basically all self service. Staff was friendly and the seats are nice and comfortable.

So clean and nice will be coming here instead of Daytona they should take note on what a clean theatre looks like !

I finally gave Epic Theatres another shot after hearing about the upgrades, and I'm glad I did. The auditoriums are excellent—the reclining seats are incredibly comfortable, and the overall layout is top-notch. Buying tickets online was also quick and easy. The only downside was the concession area. The self-serve setup seems to create a lot of confusion, with people unsure where to go or moving very slowly. It honestly took away from the experience before the movie even started. Having an employee stationed there to direct traffic and answer questions would make a huge difference. Overall, the theater itself is a great experience, but the concession process could use some work. Review from several years ago: Definitely not for me anymore. From the crazy allowed behavior of younger patrons in and out of the theater to the ticketing process, the seats are uncomfortable, the screens are dirty/stained, the theater is not clean, the bathrooms are atrocious. The rewards program is a joke, you can't sign in and check balance, you just gotta guess what you have. If you buy tickets online they make you scan at the kiosk, which doesn't work then send you inside for some kid who really doesn't care to just look at an email. The concession set up is an absolute mess. 1 person working a register, 4 kiosk ordering machines which are horrible and 3-4 ppl getting popcorn and soda and noone knows what's going on. We got there tonight at 845 for a 915 showing, ordered tickets online, 1…

Awful experience since the only seats shown as available was the very very front and then I noticed seats available when we went inside at normal areas. I believe that they are trying to get people to pay the extra fee and book online which is really frustrating

Been a while since been to the theater to watch a movie. Got tickets and picked seats. When movie started the seats moved. Had spray mist nnd light air that os blown at you. Some lights that flashed off to the sides. Was fun for never experiencing that before. 2 hours of it during the he-man movies was about all I could take. Afterwards I wasn't sure if I wanted to call a chiropractor or reserve the seats again for next time. $20 is a good price you would have to take a second mortgage out at Disney to ride after a 3 hour wait in line and only last 5 minutes maybe. The concessions was all self service which was a first for me too. Had a good time tho.

Excellent service and friendliness from the staff. Theaters are very comfortable with adjustable seating. Lobby seems to be a work in progress but I like the no-contact service. Very good overall

I liked the upgrades but we got the front row loungers and they were sticky and filled with popcorn and candy. Cleaning definitely didn’t occur…

Manager tonight was extremely kind and helpful. Helped me change the movie viewing time with no question. It’s been years since I went to a theater and helped me figure out the soda machine. The theater was very full and he readily walked around to help everyone with questions. Wonderful staff. The theater was clean, seats reclined and are very comfortable. Definitely will be back.
