Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Complaints here are real, but they are mostly not about the kitchen. Service is the sore point: those reviews average 1.9. Pacing is the next most common subject, in 28% of reviews (averaging 2.6).
What it costs shows up in 17% of reviews as well, averaging 3.7. Newer reviews score better than older ones (3.7 recent against 2.7 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 1, the most frequently given rating (8 reviews).
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (92/100), 2 intermediate and 2 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on June 19, 2026. The trend across inspections is decline. On health score it sits safer than 59% of the Volusia County restaurants we grade. The citations behind that grade include food & equipment thermometers provided and accurate and current license, properly displayed.
If how much food arrives is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

This is by far the worst fast food pizza joint in Deltona! I placed an order over the phone and when my husband goes to pick it up, they don’t even have the order started! When I made the phone call, it was 30 minutes before pick up time…. when my husband went to the restaurant to pick it up he tells me all he sees. Is these young kids on their cell phone and then when they ask him his name and he gave it to them he could hear the cook in the background “oh snap I haven’t even started it yet!” 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ and mind you, they are not even busy inside! So when he heard that the cashier says “oh my bad you’ll have to wait another 25 minutes”…..😳 WHAT?!?My husband said are you serious right now? We place this order 30 minutes ago and what are you guys doing besides being on the cell phones? He told the cashier to cancel the order which they had an attitude about and then he walked out….every time we come to this place, I feel like it’s always a problem that either they burn the pizza too much or they are slow as hell with their service. And they don’t even greet you as soon as you walk up to place your order they don’t smile or nothing. They look so miserable. I remember growing up this place used to be pretty decent but now it has gone hill drastically! So yes, I called corporate and I hope something gets done about it

I haven’t been to this location in a long time and I haven’t eaten Little Caesars in a while. The service is never the best here but today I walk in and nobody’s at the Counter for about A minute and when someone walks up, they don’t Greet me. They just stare at me until I start ordering lol… No Customer service whatsoever I probably will order from Papa John’s next time

I recently placed a very large order of 50 pizzas from Little Caesars to donate to a local school event. I do want to acknowledge that the pizzas were ready on time, which we appreciated, especially with an order of that size. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the employee working did not greet us and seemed like she did not want to be there. There was very little communication, and despite us being kind and courteous saying hello, thank you, and have a good day we barely received any response. It honestly felt like we were bothering her. Additionally, none of the pizzas were labeled, which created a challenge once we got to the school. We had to open and check every single pizza to figure out what was what, which was very time consuming with an order of 50 pizzas. We appreciate that the order was completed on time, but customer service and organization matter, especially for large orders. Based on this experience, I’m not sure we would place another large order with Little Caesars in the future.

Or they lack a system for delivering pizzas; on two separate occasions, they delivered an order to me that was completely different.

If I could give a 0 star I would. No one ever greats you. I waited 10 mins they looked at me and didnt acknowledge me. Its a Saturday and you have 2 people working! Employees are always rude! Sometimes I have no choice but to come here because I am on the run and its the only little caesars . Thats why I changed to Papa Johns.

Ordered a three Meat treat deep fish pizza last night, and it was missing the bacon. Ordered a ham and pineapple pizza and it looks nothing like the picture. And the picture of pizza is fully loaded with toppings and my pizza last night Has certain slices that didn’t even have pineapple on it. And this is a specialty pizza. If you guys are advertising that you have crazy amount of toppings for the best price then why am I not seeing the crazy amount of toppings? It’s false advertising And especially when you’re missing a topping On one of the pizzas that in the title of the name says it has three meats. It’s disappointing, but what else can you expect from Little Caesars. Thanks for reminding me of Why I stopped coming to Little Caesars.

Hit or miss kinda place

Always like the pizza. They could get more people especially on busy days. I placed an order at 630 and wasn't ready til almost 730. No reason. I understand great price and that's why I wait but shouldn't be that long especially for only 1 pizza and ordered online to not have to wait.

Recently disappointed in my local little ceasars, I was waiting for 15 minutes before being told my order was going to take an additional 45 minutes, I was not acknowledged by staff I was one of the first few in the store with my order being placed in advanced and it wasn’t even in a big order just wings and a pep pizza. Absolute baffling how they couldn’t handle something simple as that

Food and service has always been good This particular night , not so good. Food was not in the portal, counter employee was almost rude. They seem to be frequently under staffed
-
Good fake pizza my favorite and this location is great
-
Nothing ready bad customer service

I’ve ordered pizza from this LC seriously more times than I can count, probably to the point where they know my name when they see my delivery order. Just about every single time, I have no problems with my order and I enjoy it so so much. And I will keep ordering LC’s affordable and delicious pizza, thank you!
