Horrible customer service . They do not listen to their customers . Pizza is undercooked and sauce made me sick .. Go anywhere but this place . Manager/ owner should not be running a Food Business and there reviews tell the real story . Worst reviews in Volusia county …..

Order delivery they are never on time . The pizza was uncooked and oily . Sauce is tangy and made me sick . I would Eat Road kill before I ever order from this place again. Volusia should pull there license. I will be calling The county/State Monday to To see if they can inspect there restaurant.. Manager / owner shouldn’t be managing a restaurant our be allowed to serve food to the public ……

Would Have left 0 stars because that’s what this place deserves. Horrible customer service They don’t listen to their customers. The Food is not cooked fully and your better off going to any other pizza place in Deltona other then this place . Owner Needs to Figure out how to run a business . Look at there reviews worst in Deltona for a reason . The good ones are from there Employees

Just got back after 10 years back home in NY. The smell, the taste, the atmosphere and the location EXACTLY THE SAME🔥💥🙆🏾‍♂️ always my family’s #1 for Italian💯💯💯

Just wow. I ordered a large meatball parm sub toasted.....the sauce was so sour and acidy that was the first issue. Secondly, I paid almost $13 and there WERE TWO MEATBALLS! , seriously TWO meatballs, one (and they were small).on each side of the sandwich.

Great tasting pizza but AWFUL customer service

The pizza is always cooked to perfection! The staff…I’m not sure if they’re all family but they make you feel like you just stepped into there home and you’re there as a guest not a customer. I went 4 stars on atmosphere only because the parking lot. It has nothing to do with SCORPIOS but there can be some unsavory characters hanging around.

Great atmosphere every time I come in. The team here is truly professional, welcoming, and hardworking. You can tell they care about what they do and the people they serve. They’re very family-friendly, which makes it an easy choice to come back again and again. What stands out most is how they create a genuine one-on-one experience—you feel more like a friend than just a customer, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Highly recommend!

Not good.

I ordered a wedding soup. We couldn't eat it.It tastes like chemicals , even the meatballs tasted like chemical. It was like somebody dropped something into the soup by accident. The waitress was very nice and the staff is very nice.

Customer saw a bug so they were given a cannoli and a kitchen tour. Because random people in the kitchen around everyone else’s food (guaranteed not wearing hairnets) isn’t a problem at all 😃. And then we have the manager that’s disrespectful to customers because they didn’t estimate the customers wait time correctly . AND THEN (cherry on top), the owner trying to rage bait a customer that came in for a refund all because the customer had something bad to say about his food . What an absolute joke of an establishment

Muy rica la pizza

Ordered takeout Hawaiian (added bacon $2 charge). Got home. No bacon. Shouldn't be difficult to accurately fulfill an online order. 3 stars across the board.

You guys are never cheap with the cheese. Been ordering for more than 10 yrs. Go Scorpio!!!!

Order was spot on today, whoever they got on pizza today killed it. Ordered a TC pizza and it was perfectly crispy. Best I’ve had from there in awhile.

I would like to acknowledge the amazing customer service we received from the owner regarding our experience yesterday when we ordered our pizza and garlic knots. Our pizza was burnt after selecting not burn and my husband called and without any hesitation we received our entire order the very next free of charge. We were not expecting that but was very appreciative as to how they are with there customers. We truly enjoyed the pizza and knots and the customer service we received was top notch. We will definitely continue to order from them and support there small business. Thank you very much. Will be ordering again very soon.
