The young lady that took my order was so good at speaking (even through the speaker) I was beyond impressed. I wasnt sure if it was AI or if she was a real person until she bought the food out. The food is always great. And they have yet to make a mistake. Its the Sonic in Eustis on 441. Plus they keep the place clean. Very well managed Sonic. Great staff.

My husband and I ordered a sonic cheeseburger & crispy fried chicken sandwich with fries. We only lived a mile away and when we got home opened the bag the meals was cold soggy and burned as if all of the stuff had been sitting all day on a counter. It cost almost $17. Dollars for nasty crap. DON'T EVER GO TO THE SONIC ON 441 by David Walker.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

This place is becoming a run down restaurant. Most of the screens are Out of Order, monitor screens display DOS Prompt, some menu boards have been completely ripped off the pole. The parking lot is dirty, the shrubs need to be trimmed, and huge palm leaves fall & no one picks them up. We ordered from the pull-up menu. Our call button didn’t work, so I got out of my car & went to the next car spot to order & the screen didn’t work. Couldn’t pay at car spot. Waitress was really nice. Paid with mobile machine. Unfortunately the machine doesn’t allow Tips. No wonder there’s a high turnover of waitresses! We searched our car for enough change to give a decent Tip. I walked it to the door & noticed the walk-up customer area was dirty. Waitresses walking around in the rain and maintaining a polite smile while the owner/managers are not maintaining a safe and orderly environment. The food was decent. Tots were hard & crunchy. Drinks had too much ice in them. We’re not coming back until it looks better outside. First impressions say it all.

I often swing in drive thru @this location and no matter which crew member is at the window,they are always positive , attentive and somehow seem to always make me feel welcome :-) great job crew

Good menu - quick service-great beverage selection

Last time I placed a mobile order I was with my coworker who also placed a mobile order, I was stalk 17 he was 18. They didn’t allow us to use the same stall number so they had to come out twice. Today I went again with my coworker, got the same stalls but this time I parked on both stalls, not interfering with any other stall. Again I placed the stalls and they brought me my order (17) and waited for about 15 minutes to bring my coworkers order (18) and not only did they bring his food, but they brought attitude and smart ass comments. I tried to save them a double trip however the young girl that works there has absolutely no common sense.
