Please educate the young girls working there. It is not okay to disregard a customer’s name and make up another name. I gave them my nickname Rumi. Said it twice, the young girl looked at her friend and said, what did she say, Ruby?! And proceeded to use that. Right in front of me. My pronunciation was clear. I grew up in DC and I taught English.

The drive thru at this location is designed very poorly. There were 3 people taking orders, and yet, I sat in the same place in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes after my order was taken. Then when I finally get to the window, I'm given grilled nuggets instead of regular. I politely inform them that I did not order the nuggets grilled and he looked at me like I had 2 heads. I literally had to repeat myself because he was just staring at me. Turns out they gave me the correct order because the lady put in my order wrong and didn't repeat it back to me so I did not notice. I finally got my correct order, but now I'm late to work because of all the extra time unnecessarily spent here.

Fast service and one of the few cfas in the area that has a playground for the kids!

Workers were stressed and disorganized, and even messed up my drink size, told me they cant change it, then offered a solution completely opposite of what I wanted, and communicated with the person taking my order. They were great, and very helpful, the window definitely was not. Also waited, and unintentionally held up that line, for a total of 24 nuggets. Crew prioritized cleaning and closing tasks, over the backed up line they exacerbated, with interpersonal confusion and miscommunication

I got my usual. Food Was Fresh. Never got Sauce for the Waffle Fries when I asked for Extra Sauce......... Extremely Disappointing....

Great food and even better customer service. The nuggets and waffle fries are always solid, and the sauces really make everything better. Prices are a bit higher than other fast food spots, but the quality makes up for it.
