This location used to have an issue where almost every time I went to pick up my mobile order, they had some reason they couldn’t fulfill it. Keep in mind when you order they charge you (and despite what the staff likes to say, it does NOT come back to your account in 24 hours) so then I’d be spending double to go to another location. They got new staff in and boom suddenly all the issues stopped and they were really doing great. New staff is in again and already it’s happened twice in the past 2 weeks that I pay for an order, show up to get it, and they can’t fulfill anything. It’s been the same voice both times. At the very least, please make the orders transferable to another store OR stop allowing a closed store to take orders!!!!

Hadn't been here in a long time. Got my mocha frappe and it was delicious. However, sticker shock set in! 27 dollars for 2 people is a lot! 2 dbl chz, 2 fries, and 2 drinks. Won't be back soon!

I’ve visited this location many times and usually have a great experience, but my recent visit was disappointing. I was having frustrating issues with the McDonald’s app—it takes forever to load, the promo codes sometimes don't work, and it forces you to sign completely out and back in just to generate a new one. I explained this to the person taking my order so they would understand the delay. However, when I got to the window, the employee seemed visibly annoyed and actually passive-aggressively shut the window. I work in customer service myself and understand it has its ups and downs, but being rushed and dismissed like that was completely unprofessional. I likely won't be returning to this location, and I highly recommend the app developers look into these issues.

I went thru drive thru at 1:00 at night and there was nobody i asked for a 10 piece and fries and where so cold. I went again and re spent the money and asked then to cook it to order and again the food was solid rock hard cold and fries where cold soggy and crunchy. Please do not come to this location if u don’t wanna see ur money again. If You Guys can do a refund that would be great!

Never had a bad experience coming to this McDonald's. They are pretty fast and never had problems with my order.

Didn’t acknowledge me I was at the intercom for a while, even went to the window. Nobody said anything.

It’s McDonalds. It is what it is. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh, and other times it’s cold and old.
