No ac my husband ordered the special pepper steak I ordered the boneless ribs the pineapple is not good place is in disarray boxes all over the place my soup was ice cold but the nice lady took it back and had a new one ordered

I placed my order when I arrived. The young lady who served me was great. She made sure that I had received everything I ordered and was very personable. Customers should be able to leave a tip on the credit card after it's tapped.

Our favorite Chinese food in the entire southeast US. We travel a lot and eat Chinese food everywhere we go but this is the one we can’t wait to come home to! I have not ever had a bad dish. My husband said compliments to the cook!

Delicious chicken wings, and amazing customer service. They are very nice people. Also the restaurant is always kept clean, they have a lot of cool anime posters and things to look at. Overall very cool atmosphere and great food 10/10 definitely recommend

my family and i usually love china one! we love their food, especially their wings, and we’ve ordered from them quite frequently in the past. we’ve have never had any issues in the past until today. my mom decided to place an online order, and it was abruptly cancelled upon being receiving with no explanation. she assumed it was a banking issues and called, only to have it confirmed that it was the restaurant’s doing. she decided to give the restaurant a call to ask about it, and was instantly greeted with hostility over the phone. the lady over the phone was yelling at my mom, telling her that they’d no longer deliver to our address and to stop calling them because of some “fraud” that happened last month with a chip payment. my mom’s bank statements show that we haven’t ordered with them since march, and on top of that we’ve only ever ordered online/over the phone, so i’m not sure how there would ever be a chip payment?? it really sucks to have our favorite chinese place essentially break up with us because again, we love their food a lot and want to continue supporting their business :( i’m more than willing to change my review if we can somehow resolve this peacefully and with a clear understanding of what happened.

I was trying to order some Chinese food and the employee decided to cancel my order and refused to give my money back such a bad customer service experience

Although the wings will most likely be good, the customer service is horrible! For that alone I will never return. I went to pick up my order and upon entry no one greeted me and the three people up front continued with their own conversation as if I didn’t exist. As I’m staring I told them I had a pick up order and someone gave me my food. If I hadn’t ordered online and already paid I would’ve left. Every establishment isn’t worth supporting and I learned my lesson.
