Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Sorted by date, these 25 reviews trend upward. Reviews mentioning service average 3.7 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it.
17 of 25 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 4 are two or lower. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (13 reviews).
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (100/100), nothing cited at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on March 23, 2026. Its inspection trajectory is upward over the records we hold. That puts it ahead of 100% of graded kitchens in St. Lucie County. Nothing was written up at that inspection at all.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. Everything above is computed from the 25 reviews reproduced below.

Everything was great… We ate there two nights in a row!
-
Not local but enjoyed the steak salad so we went two nights in a row! My husband doesn't usually order dessert but had the NY cheese cake both nights! I absolutely loved the peanut butter pie! I will say though that the service could be a little more attentive. You literally had to look around to find your server if you needed anything or wanted to order something else. But other than that I would recommend!

Fried red fish and salmon pasta. Really good

First time for me was really impressed. Great food and my daughter loved the live music. Our server Luke was great and on point. Florida native and can say some of the best alligator I’ve had. Will definitely be going back

Not a single entree that got ~slammed~ on the table looked appetizing…… the Reuben sandwiches look like it was made for a toddlers school lunch. I wish I took pictures for proof. The “blackened” shrimp and fish was most definitely not seasoned. And our swordfish was most definitely not worth the price. Server nowhere to be found we had to get our own salt and pepper. I will give it to them….their fish dip and conch fritters were good. If you’re looking for a vibey restaurant with a band this is a nice spot but if you’re looking for good food I would say eat somewhere else.

I had the Philly cheeses steak. It was really good.

Great one man band! Great waitress! and great food, everyone enjoyed their dinner by the marina!
-
Although I did not order anything to eat, the setting is great! Beautiful scenery.

We have been going to this location for years. We live in NY and visit family all the time in the area. We were there on 6/20 and arrived around 6p. There were three young girls gossiping at the host stand and making comments about the poeple they just sat. Made the arrival very uncomfortable. We were sat and ordered drinks, forgot the name but the bucket was very watered down. When I made a comment to the waiter, she said she hears it all the time and recommended a beer or wine as all the mixed drinks are the same. The food was great and the main reason we go. Gotta recommend the gator and ahi tuna nachos. Hope it gets better service like it had previously.

The location is the best feature for this establishment, sitting directly on the water making it easy choice to pick for bar time or food. The food prices are higher than the normal and feel most let down with the menu, one would think the menu would be loaded with seafood options but it just isn't so.... I have been here more than once and never found the food bad but very limited and very expensive. The music when it's live is ok too nothing outstanding but does add that keys vibe... Locals know far better places with those options on the water too and prices normal.. the fact that they add 20 percent tip in check is something to watch out for other wise you would be double tipping -

Enjoyed dinner with the family at Cobbs Landing. Food was fantastic and the service was amazing. Took a walk post dinner around the marina.

Love Cobb’s Landing every time I come to Fort Pierce. This time was for a private party upstairs and the food and service was amazing.

We walked in and sat at the bar. There were 14 people at the bar including the 2 of us. There were 3 employees behind the bar. One walked by is 3 times a male and a female walked by us twice. No eye contact. We were there 5 minutes. When we got up to leave the female finally walked up to us. We said we're just going to leave. A man next to us said to us I guess they are not going to wait on you.We left. There is no attention to the ones paying your bills.

Food was great, service was amazing and the music awesome

I live on a boat and stopped locally for a few weeks. It's a great place with excellent food overall with beautiful young staff (I'm a man and enjoy the sights) who provide excellent customer service. Tonight I got halfway thru my meal and found a long head hair in my food. I've worked in food service and know these things happen, and don't have a problem eating here again because of the quality of food and no previous issues. Overall I'd still recommend it and just hope they'll take it off my bill, but I'm still hungry and they close in an hour.

First time here and Steak Tacos were bad tasted like old meat not to mention the portion size for 16$ two flour tortillas with little meat sauce tasted old as well small side was up charged 3$ onion rings for a small portion. Had to eat half of my partners chicken cesar wrap which kind pf tasted like fish . Very disappointed

I was extremely disappointed with my experience on Sunday 6/7. While the food itself was good, what I witnessed completely ruined my visit. I walked into the restroom and saw what appeared to be one of the waitresses snorting cocaine. It was shocking, unprofessional, and made me very uncomfortable. Regardless of the quality of the food, seeing staff engage in that kind of behavior raises serious concerns about management and the overall environment of the restaurant. I will not be returning.

The atmosphere was charming outside seating was peaceful Server was great food was disappointing and cocktails were terrible .

My 1st time there! Went with my girlfriend, we ordered drinks then had an appetizer ( Coconut Shrip ), they were very good! Ordered Filet MR, came perfect! Would highly recommend the place!!
-
The server we had was very friendly and outstanding service….BUT the girl that brings out the food are very rude and seemed very aggravated when we asked her for condiments: ketchup, and salt and pepper and little appetizer plates. We had the lobster bisque soup two different times and each time the soup comes out cold and we have to ask them to reheat it up.
