Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The kitchen grades better than the reviews do. When service comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 1.7. After that, pacing appears most often — 25% of the corpus, averaging 1.8.
A third strand, freshness, appears in 15% of them at 2.7 stars. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 1, the most frequently given rating (9 reviews). Older reviews score better than newer ones (2.3 recent against 4.2 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (97/100), with 3 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. DBPR last walked in on April 6, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. On health score it sits safer than 72% of the St. Lucie County restaurants we grade. The citations behind that grade include cross-contamination and in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored.
If the state of the room is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. Everything above is computed from the 20 reviews reproduced below.

First time trying this pizza. Really good
-
Placed an order online one hour before closing. Went to pick up and doors were locked and told they were closed 30 minutes before posted closing time. They took my payment online and just said come back tomorrow. The place looked dirty and trashy anyways so glad I didn't get to eat here.

Not a bad stop if your craving some pizza, wings, or a cheese steak.

Pieces were one inch wide. Not fully cooked again. And all was delivered in a pile on one side. Driver's fault. But raw pizza again. And cut so small . I think I will have to find another place. Taste is there but raw again. I'm from NY and I know good pizza. This is good if a little bit of love is added to it

They have decent pizza, but their service is horrible. They have 0 people skills, cannot make a delivery on time if the world depended on it. Every time I've orderded for delivery, it takes them 2 hrs+. I call to check on th status and they always reply with, "should be there shortly, we've been busy." Do not order from here if you need a delivery made on time. Do not attempt reasoning with them either, they don't have manners, no latter how polite you are.

Long wait.. pizza bad

Very very very disappointing experience at Goodfella's Pizza. I ordered the two-slice pizza special that includes a free fountain drink, added pepperoni, and paid extra for the topping — only to be told that adding pepperoni meant I no longer qualified for the free drink. That makes no sense, because the pepperoni was a separate paid upgrade, not a replacement for the special itself. Policies like this feel petty and misleading, especially when customers are spending more money and then losing part of what was advertised. A fountain drink may cost very little, but handling a customer this way leaves a much bigger negative impression. ⚠️🍕🥤

Everytime the lady at the counter i asked for crispy wings and she never makes them crispy like the wings taste like rubber. I spent 18 dollars for all flats and crispy wings and she always have a attitude when the man at the counter they are always crispy when she's at the counter they are never crispy and the customer service sucks when the guy at the register amazing service.

First time & last time I'll ever order from this place. I placed a delivery order to my job for my lunch break at 1:36pm, I was given a delivery time for 2:45pm. I waited to clock out for lunch until 2:45pm. My delivery had not arrived. I then called the store to inquire about my delivery, was apologized to & told they were sending it out right now, that was at 2:51pm. My job is literally the next red light down from the store. At 3:13pm I called again to cancel the order & ask for my money back as I now wouldn't even have time to eat it before having to clock back in from lunch. The sad part is that I now won't be able to eat until 11:00 tonight bc I go straight to another job from this job & don't get home until then. Most unreliable service I have ever experienced, especially from a business less than 1 mile away. Update: Due to not eating anything all day, not even breakfast, I decided to place an order with Domino's. I placed the order at 3:50pm & by 4:08pm my food was delivered. I believe Goodfellas needs to take lessons from Domino's.

Best pizza in the tri county area

Good place to order. Reasonable prices too. Delivery fast and friendly. For credit card orders they have a credit card machine on hand. So, no need to give your credit card over the phone. Food is amazing, if I could say one thing though. Please do some updating on your website menu. It's not completely accurate.... but I still love the place all around. Thank you so very much.....

Always a great pizzeria, either by the pie or by the slice. With many many different locations, it is easy to locate a Goodfella's pizza somewhere in St Lucie county.
-
I heard the pizza was very good so I decided to order a large pie with extras on it with an important meeting I had a a quick bite. Never got the pizza and address they got completely wrong because of a very bad reception on the phone . Young lady very nasty and bad attitude. And just got that I’ll never go there or order again. People working for you like that will destroy the business completely. Very bad customer service… fix it cuz…
