employees are in the back talking and laughing, not doing their job. i sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes waiting for a few cookies and a pie, after waiting for 25 minutes they gave me my cookies and left out my pie, when i mentioned they forgot my pie they took another 10 minutes for a singular pie. terrible service. i watched as 2 employees ran across the parking lot to the liquor store, i don’t know what is going on.

They do not clean here at all every single table was dirty and trash all over the floor

Take them to long to take your order. No one is never up front to see you when you walk in. Do not go here if you looking for fast service.

Waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes no one answering the speaker go inside and ordered at the kiosk because no one is at the counter took over 20 minutes for a large fry and 20 piece nugget. So much for “fast food” don’t ever stop here if you don’t have plenty of time to wait

I didn’t order here but service must be great because I was just sitting at the stop light right outside and a worker ran out to the street to give the car in front of me a bag of food they must’ve missed. It was a young black gentleman with half up locks

the cashier was very polite and quick with everything.

There was one car in front of us and we literally waited not even kidding 15 minutes and all she ordered was a cheeseburger it just takes FOREVER for someone to come to the speaker. And then I didn’t even get anything because they said they were out of ice cream …

What we had to pick up order on there and she argues with me because we paid extra for two extra syrups and she said we could only have two cuz that's what it said it comes with a syrup and then I paid for two extra I'm sorry she can't count but I will not have to fight for what I paid for again.this is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to.also my order is completely wrong so I paid for food I can't eat thanks

I was one of three cars that took over forty minutes to get our food. I ordered 2 snack wraps............

I order a filet o fish meal and waited 25 mins for my food. I got home and there was no fish on the sandwich, just bun, cheese and tartar sauce ... seriously?

You really are saving money there's nobody at the counter and a bunch of machines you want me to use and I'm too old to use them so I will never eat at McDonald's ever again! Customer service does matter! Absolutely nobody there to help!

Ridiculous! No napkins anywhere, then you have to wait and hope someone comes out from carring on in the back. What was McDonald's thinking.
