Shows open 24 hours online. When I went to the drive through they looked open but nobody answered. Waste of time.

drove 20 minutes out of the way as it said 24 hours, pulled up before 2am, and lights are on inside. However pulling into the drive through, not even the menus are turned on. Nobody on the intercom. Update your hours, or operate as advertised.

I came two days ago with my husband I ordered a happy meal and they gave me the box with the fries and toy only so my husband told the guy in the window that the nuggets weren’t in there so the guy at the window rolled his eyes and gave us a four piece one but I ordered a six piece so my husband again said it was a six piece not a four piece so the guy told us to give the four piece back and threw the six piece nugget at my husband. And the nuggets weren’t cold and looked and tasted old.

They need to replace the menu screen, when you ask for a cheeseburger with no pickles and it comes with three pickles they may have something to work on, and more than half the time the fries are cold and terrible, 😞 the hash browns too

I've been there a couple of times at the drive thru and I always feel it's the best Macdonald I've been, excellent customer service, beautiful people with a nice attitude

11:50 no staff responding at drive thru. Not the first time. Very disappointing after a long day.

We used the drive thru, and the person taking the order had horrible grammar and was not articulate. My husband gave her the first part of our order, and her reply was “Huh???’ when he asked for no pickle. This girl needed more basic customer service training before being placed in a position of “first impression” to your customers. BTW, when we got to the window to pay, she gave the same reply to another customer as she was taking his order. Horrible first impression for your customers.

A mess. The system doesn’t work and the place is dirty.

Just went through the drive thru. When i approached the speaker I was told “Welcome to McDonalds please pull forward to the window”. So i did, when i got to the window the same lady that asked me to pull to the window asked if i had a large fry. I said no i didn't order. She then scoffed and said “This is why this is backing up, you are slowing us down” and proceeded to take my order very rudely. This is not the first interaction i have had with this employee which was less than professional. This person naturally attitude should immediately be noticed as someone who should not work in a customer facing role.

Avoid this store. I know it’s what we have, but this place is just awful. We’ve been cursed at, ignored, and given cold food. Mistakes are the norm, and they get mad if you point it out. Ordered through the app and paid, and we were told there is an error - bye. No help, no nothing. Basically, buy it again! I almost never get fresh fries or nuggets, and the night manager is a real piece of work. Rude, nasty lady who might be better suited as a dishwasher with her bad attitude. However, the morning crew is usually fine. I go early and it’s exactly what I would expect and the manager is nice.

Clean, quick. Order was correct.✅ Walk in. Parking lot was open and accessible. Two drive thru lanes.

Disrespectful staff , did a curb side order took atleast 28 minutes terrible I will not sending another dime at this establishment.

Horrible. Came in last night Sunday around 8 . Attitudes , cold food ,drinks tasted werid. You have the employees mad that they have to do THEIR job so I come in Monday around 5:30 to talk to the HEAD manager to tell him about what’s going on with his closing shift and he seem to not care or understand what I was saying this is crazy food was cold , drinks tasted off I’m highly upset.

Food was cold, sodas tasted off, waited 20 minutes for food we ordered through the app to get pushed to the side by people who ordered after us. Owner sat there on his computer like nothing was wrong or going on. Will not be giving yall my business again.
