Drive thru open until 1 am. Get there about 12:30. Car in front of me just finishing up their order and pulls through. I pull up to the speaker and wait. And wait. And wait. And say "Hello? Anybody home?" And wait. And wait. Get fed up at exit drive thru at 12:45. Two cars waiting behind me and one at the second speaker. No one is ordering. I get that maybe you're busy, but how about a "Hello. We'll be right with you." How hard is that. I'll wait if you acknowledge my existence, but not if I'm questioning weather you gave up and went home or not. Guess I'll go home and eat cereal.

We're on vacation in the fort Pierce area and the juveniles that we brought with us wanted McNuggets so we whipped our SUV into the drive-thru and poorly chose the inside line which is obviously very slow 35 minutes of contemplating are poor life decisions, why do we have kids why do we bring on vacation. I felt Amish that it took so long for us to get our food. When we got to the second window our are cashier did not know what our order was and asked us again "what we got" in extremely accusatory manner once again was an amazing opportunity for us to contemplate what we do have. We decided to start eating healthier and growing our own food it'll probably be faster than this McDonald's.

Your employee was so rude and this happened at 5:39 and today 05/24/2026 on that date was so rude. The manager was so rude.

Every time I visited this place I’ve always had a pleasant experience though the drive-through is always busy. The food is always fresh.

The Happy Meal hamburgers were so bad like rubber the dogs wouldn't eat. Tried to call to speak to Management. No one ever answered.

Visited on May 12th and had a pretty disappointing experience. I waited in line for around 40 minutes just to order, and the overall service felt very unorganized. On top of that, I overheard employees cursing at customers, which was really unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. Definitely expected better customer service and communication

They sometimes forget to look up for the delivery people. But they are always polite and have everything neatly bagged and in order. I like that they put the drinks in the bags safely. It's very convenient.
