The worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. I never get served food hardly ever comes out to me on time. Nobody's even in the line they just hate on me

This McDonald’s is horrible literally sat at the speaker for five minutes. People pulled away. They lost 10 customers. They took my order about 16 minutes later after complaining I got my order. Everyone at this location needs to be fired. They have those parking spots to put cars in while they wait for their food, they should not be in the drive-through holding up traffic talking to their family members.

Greedy with sugar packets. For a coffee that was ordered with 6 sugar, but served with none.

Just wanted an iced coffee, tried to use “deals” on my McDonalds app but it said I had used it already when I hadn’t. The server, who I think was the manager, gave me the deals price anyway.

I went through the drive through and there was so many cars and when I was trying to get my order at the speaker no one said something, I keep saying hello and saying hello again and again no one answered so I just left the mcdonalds and went to another mcdonalds loactions that has good service and no one will just ignore me on the speaker drive thru

Doesn't accept $50s or $100s, it should be illegal, especially for mega corporations like McDonald's to refuse American legal tender.

Consistently the slowest McDonald's in our area. I regret having to order here for convenience but last 3 orders literally nearly took 5 minutes plus at the drive thru for someone to say hello we will be with you in a moment.

Horrible experience. I sat in the drive thru for 15mins because my back is hurt and I don’t do so well getting in and out of the car. No one answered the machine. When I finally got inside I was told the staff was “probably tired that’s why they weren’t on the machine” by the woman in the yellow shirt who was staring at her phone. Then I paid for items an spent 20 more mins standing there while being the only customer. A horribly ran establishment with a rude and clearly incompetent wok staff. Never will come back to this McDonalds.

Came to this location to sit down maybe grab a bite to eat only to see it has no wifi. What kind of a McDonald's doesn't have wifi? Garbage. I rather eat somewhere I can be intertained.

Absolute worst location I've ever been to. Literally stood at the counter 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. They are so poorly managed. This isn't the first time either, this is a consistent practice with this location. When I asked for some help the young lady who should have been at the counter had a really nasty attitude. They don't pay attention to the front counter and consistently provide horrible service. This isn't a one time thing. It's a shame because they definitely aren't keeping up with company standards. I'm sure this will fall on deaf ears as always because all you care about is profits. The owner really needs to pay attention to this. To stand in the lobby and not even be acknowledged is ridiculous! If for anything but safety for your employees.

Absolute worst mcdonalds i've ever been to. Horrible service, zero problem solving skills or customer assistance. Was in like for twenty minutes and watched 5 cars from the inside lane go through vs one in line? Not including me whom they never spoke to and when i drove around to see why, they refused to take my order. My three kids in the backseat are pissed. This was supposed to be a treat.

Telling Them Something Wrong With Your Order Always Turns Into Screaming Match They START . being the best has not been the same since frank past away at that location US1 is the best McDonalds to go goood hot food and friendly people
