ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM ENTRY TO VERY VERY LONG WAIT. ENTRANCE SMELLS TERRIBLE, WAITING 30 MIN AND STILL NO SERVICE BUT EVERY EMPLOYEE NOTICES ME AS WELL AS MANAGER WHO HAS ALSO BAD ATTITUDE 👎. TV'S DON'T WORK EITHER. NOW THAT'S A SHAME THEY CAN'T PAY CABLE BILL. BTW I NEVER GOT SERVICE AND WALKED OUT. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. !!! WENT TO PANDA EXPRESS AND GOT A HUGE MEAL BIGGER PLATE FOR HALF THE PRICE $13 .

No specials were offered when greeted, Biscuits didn't taste like they used to and wasn't refilled because "they were making more", the pick 2 shrimp menu - shrimp linguine Alfredo was too creamy for me and I couldn't eat more than bites. I personally wouldn't come back and now see why redlobsters are going out if business.

Great friendly service

Terrible: Service: server was no where , wasn't even greeted when walked in bc no one was at the front. Food : cold, wrong orders etc Atmosphere: dirty, tables left uncleaned, waited to be seated when there was literally no one in restaurant. Six people for dinner and it wasn't an experience at all.

I am giving this experience 4 stars solely because of Austin and the exceptional customer service he provided. After not visiting for several years, my family and I decided to come back because our son had been asking for weeks to eat there. Before coming, we called the restaurant and were informed that the cutoff time for seating was 10:45 PM. We arrived around 10:30 PM, well before the cutoff time we had been given. While waiting at the entrance, two staff members walked past us and stated that we would be seated shortly. A few moments later, an employee named Tee approached us and told us the restaurant was closed. My husband and I were caught off guard and didn’t know what to say. We had made the trip specifically because our son had been begging to eat there, and we had called ahead to ensure we would arrive before the cutoff time. Thankfully, another employee named Austin stepped in and completely changed the situation. Austin demonstrated outstanding customer service, professionalism, and kindness. He made us feel welcome and reminded us that there are still employees who genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. Unfortunately, the interaction with Tee left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Not only was he rude to us, but his attitude toward Austin was also concerning. Because of this, I felt rushed and uneasy during our meal, making it difficult to fully enjoy our dining experience. Austin deserves recognition for going above and…

Awsome Place. My Go To Place When I'm IN The Area. The Service The Food And Hospitality Is Great. This is Jus My Opinion And Experience!!!

Sometimes I get hungry for Red Lobster and this is the only one in the area. The location is a little difficult to get to, and it could use some upkeep/remodeled outside and in, but the food was perfectly cooked and the service was amazing. Louis not only seated us, but waited on us as well. He was not only very attentive (it was busy and he was hustling), but he was so friendly and pleasant. He made the difference from stopping for lunch, to having a really good experience.

Went for endless shrimp and it was. Our favorite is the coconut and the skewer style. Boldly going where we haven't gone in quite a while. Service was second to none. Surroundings were clean. Another visit and this time endless shrimp with different choices. This time Argentina red shrimp which was reminiscent of lobster and Parmesan bacon scampi which tempts one's palate by the name alone. Excellent, intuitive service as well Been a while but when they reinstated endless shrimp 🦐 well... here we are. The coconut shrimp, Walt's favorite and dragon shrimp are our favorites. Service was great, empty restaurant except for 3 tables giving an awkward feeling considering it was 12:30pm. Hopefully they can hang in there.

We had a young man serve us, Austin. It was the greatest experience for our party of 4 for my granddaughter's 18th birthday. Austin was friendly, attentive and just a real blessing for our celebration. This young man will go far treating customers like royalty. Thank you, Austin!!! Red Lobster is back on my A list...

Server was very pleasant.

I normally never leave reviews, but this had to be said.I came from Aspen to spend Mother’s Day with my mother, who is local here, and we decided to eat at Red Lobster. I had high expectations, but this turned into one of the most unprofessional restaurant experiences I’ve had. The food took forever, but the worst part was one employee causing a scene the entire time. You could hear yelling, cursing, slamming doors, and talking badly about customers loud enough for families to hear. The employee was crying, talking about calling corporate, and making the entire restaurant atmosphere uncomfortable and chaotic. I’ve given this place multiple chances before, and it always feels poorly managed. The bathrooms are dirty, the dining area never feels clean, and after this experience, I honestly question why this location is still open after Red Lobster shut down so many others. Hopefully that employee no longer works for this company because no customer should have to deal with behavior like that while trying to enjoy dinner with their family.
