Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
People either love this place or they do not, and the ratings show it. Where how guests are treated comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.0, so it reads as a strength.
The split is 19 positive to 2 negative across 22 rated reviews, with 1 in the middle. 5 stars is the modal score, given by 17 of the 22 reviewers who rated. Conspicuously absent: price, which no reviewer brings up.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (94/100) with 1 intermediate and 3 basic violations. That inspection was on January 30, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. That puts it ahead of 54% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. Among the items recorded were food from approved source and potentially hazardous foods properly thawed.

We popped in for dinner and were able to grab an outside table with no wait. Although it's river front, it was a hot evening, so we were especially grateful for the numerous fans keeping a steady breeze throughout the patio area. Our server, Emma, was friendly, helpful, and attentive from start to finish. After ordering, our food came out fresh, hot, and surprisingly fast. We ordered: the Plantation Key Chicken and two shrimp baskets (one blackened and the other grilled). The portions were larger than expected and everything tasted delicious. The real table favorite, though, was the hush puppies served with guava butter. Absolutely drool worthy. Overall, we'd highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

We came for lunch. The sign said seat yourself. After 15 minutes we left as no one came to our table to take an order. There were servers at other tables around us. No one even made eye contact while seated at the table, when entering or exiting. We won’t be back.

Enjoyed the meal - fish basket, shrimp basket an chicken tenders. They were all good exactly what you expect for a restaurant on the river. The hush puppies were very good as well as the the condiments, tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. My only complaint was all the chairs were tall chairs. My daughter and my wife couldn't rest there feet.

Ok just did a To Go order but still was impressed. We were staying at the Kingfisher Burrow (Look that up when you get a chance) and between rainstorms we decided to get dinner here. We all played it safe and ordered burgers, the Buffalo chicken sandwich and conch fritters. Pulled up by boat was in and out super quick between storms. The place looked like it would have been great to just hang out and enjoy a meal. Burgers were cooked to request and done correctly. Conch fritters were great too. The buffalo chicken sandwich was more than I asked for with 2 large pieces of chicken (saved one for a midnight snack) but overall was impressed! 🤙🏼🎨🎣

I'd love to give a review but we couldn't go. When we got there all parking spaces were full, there was an ambulance and two firetrucks there. I guess we'll have to try again at some point. 🤷🏻♂️

1 person out of 4 liked their food. The dish that was liked was a blackened (I think Mahi?) fish sandwich. Fried oyster and redfish po boys were just weird tasting but the sauce helped mask it. The burger was loaded with grease and our son wouldn’t eat it, said he’d take it home and try to eat it on a different bun because his was soaked in grease. Waitress was nice.

It was great it was a hot day but it was nice outside dinning. Waitress was awesome, food, everything was great

Love the food, love the vibe! You get your choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The view is amazing being right on the water! You can get there by land or sea and park/dock to eat! They have a quaint little seafood market as well! 100% recommend especially if you love that Flo Grown flare!

Dang talk about a nice place to kick your feet up after a long week of working hard and making your family a nice living. What better way to spend that hard earned cash than on oysters, fish and rice and beans?! I didn’t think so.
