Went to drive thru had to wait for them to bring it out,then order was incomplete had to go inside,but they made it right.

Rude people ignore you

Food was good but the service is so rude. Both ladies at windows were rude. The first one didn’t even acknowledge anyone. The second one, when my husband went to ask for grab jelly and said. “I’m sorry I forgot to add it” and she said “you need to learn how to order your food. If Mcdonald’s started charging for water people would stop asking for it at the window”. Customer service absolutely is awful at this location. Needs better employees.

Do not come here expecting hot food, nice faces, or the ability to have incorrect food fixed. Ive been treated better in jail. Lotta people walking around in uniforms. Maybe 3 people doing anything

Took 15 minutes to get s 1/4 pounder meal and drink with one one other person in the drive thru and noone in the lobby.Gave me a free fry for the wait but geeze...

I ordered my stuff for pick up in the drive-through So might you and they don’t even have to listen to my voice and they still Messed my Order up Which only means the person either in front or behind me and so on are gonna get messed up orders didn’t get the correct sauce. One sandwich was made wrong and it was completely missing the other sandwich didn’t realize it till I made it 15 minutes back to my hotel.

This is one of the slowest and horrible store in the area. 30 mind waiting on a beacon egg and cheese, with a sweet tea. Then it came out cold. The employees have serious attitude problems. So if your hungry you might want to just go to burger king or sonic.

Waited 30 minutes to get my order just for management to get rude with me

Girl taking orders wearing earbuds and cant even look or speak to me when taking money comes off rude. Told to wait in a parking spot for my one meal for 15 minutes, witnessed worker try to give my food to another car, missing sauce packets from the order and when I went inside to get one was rudely ignored by employee who proceeded to look past me and help the person behind me so when I started loudly asking for someone to help me a rude employee in a plain black sweatshirt, not in uniform kicked me out. Train your employees how to de-escalate a situation and how to handle a customer complaint because telling them to get out isn't a solution.

The food was good! though some people in our party didn’t get everything in there order and it took a while for them to fix it. Also while we were there someone got fired but other than that it was great!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! It took one hour to get my food and the food was basically ice cold, when i asked for a refund the manager told me to leave!!!

Genuinely one of the slowest, worst quality fast food places in the area. If there are any cars in the drive through, expect to wait at least 15+minutes.

McDonald’s

The lobby was devoid of any condiments, napkins or soda fountain. The tables were dirty and there was even a dirty sock left on a bench. The orders took forever to come out and then 40% were wrong. Then staff got into a fight in the kitchen.

Have yet to go into a McDonald's here in Florida where you see any staff and you will be standing at the cou ter for a good 5 minutes before any staff acknowledge you. Very poor service.

Got here at 1:30am as it was the only option open 24 hours after a show. Long line and did not leave with food from the drive thru line until 2:40am

Well it's like any other McDonalds until 11pm to 4am. Then it becomes McBlunders, like someone else stated hour long line in the drive thru, only to find out "their out of food". As well as for some reason it's the only McBlunders open in this entire area 24 hours. That why it's always busy at this location. Curticy of corporate greed. The clown say it all.

I ordered a mc chicken and got no lettuce on it and got two spicy wraps and neither of them were spicy and tried calling no one knows how to pick up a company phone I guess…

They will not confirm your order or tell you when items are missing until you get to 2nd window be ready for disappointment after sitting in a long line. However typically when you get your food it is quite good.
