What more can you say 5 star ! Relaxed , waterfront, good food and service !

My first time here. I loved EVERYTHING about this place! Service, food, atmosphere was so relaxing. Sitting right on Little Lake Harris. I will become a regular here. I felt like I was on vacation.

To many fees on bill and food is over priced. Someday they will wonder where their customers went. Somewhere else!

We got there with unfriendly people was there. We come sometimes when friendliest people are there. What i got wasn't very good I had only eaten couple of bites. Usually a waitress would ask if everything was alright but she didn't she just took.

Just tried this place for the first time it was awesome, good food,nice wait staff and good prices,I'll be back.

We came to Boondocks after an eventful Saturday morning. We were greeted warmly and escorted into their bustljng dining room. We don't usually have appetizers at lunchtime, but the selection sounded too good. After a short debate and a round of rock paper scisssors, we settled on the clam bowl. It came, and we were delighted by the sauce, which was a tomato base perfected by fragrant oregano and rough-chopped garlic. The clams themselves were cooked perfectly, and on the side of the bowl were pieves of garlic bread that was just bursting with flavor. Our entrees were delicious, and the lunch was a great time with our Mom. We played a few games of hangman while we waited for dessert, which I can't wait to consume upon arrival at our abode. "Boondocks has really great food, service, and atmosphere. 10/10 Would Reccomend."

The fish fry was exvellent!

We will return. We sat outside, great view, under a tree with effective fans that helped us stay cool. We enjoyed the live music (Scott Fish)! Shared mozzarella sticks and claramari... very good.

Went for lunch while boating. Food was great.

Used to like this place. Food cold and over cooked. No decent waitress in sight. Loud group of pre-teens and adults that were not told to quiet down. Kids were obnoxious. Will NEVER return.

We went to have lunch next to Lake Harris. We were very pleasantly surprised with what we experienced. Views were great, but the food was exceptional. Portions were very generous. My burger was delicious and cooked just the way I wanted. My Sister had the mahi sandwich and she was also impressed. Staff was helpful and courteous and made us feel like we were visiting their home. Desserts looked good, but I was too full. Next time appetizer and dessert.

Our server Lena was fantastic. She was friendly, attentive and was very knowledgeable about the menu. Will definitely be back and ask for her!

Real old Florida, simply wonderful.
