The server was super nice. The only thing is it disrupted my whole eating when I found a long hair in my second slider. I ate the first one thinking it was a piece of meat until I ate the second one and pulled out the longest hair I’ve ever seen in my life. It made me super uncomfortable finding out that there was a hair in my food. It is genuinely disrespectful. I will never come here again.

Accessible Parking. Booths available. High tops available. Nice Sports TV'S available at the bar. Food is delicious especially their avocado rolls, cheddar broccoli 🥦 soup inside a BREAD, and their Hawaiian pizza (thin crust).

The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious, and the service was top-notch—attentive without being overbearing. And, of course, you can't leave without getting a Pizookie! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited BJ’s Restaurant after our son’s school show, and it turned into such a memorable experience. During our meal, we accidentally let go of a balloon we had brought with us, and it floated all the way up to the ceiling. Our toddler was absolutely devastated and heartbroken. The staff went above and beyond to make things right. To our surprise, they found and brought us another balloon that was exactly the same! Seeing our toddler’s face light up again meant so much to us, and it was such a thoughtful act of kindness. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Our server, Gabrielle, was incredibly sweet, attentive, and patient. She took the time to chat with our toddler and baby, making them feel special while ensuring our order was perfect throughout the meal. We also want to recognize Día, the front hostess who brought out the replacement balloon. Her compassion and willingness to help turned what could have been a difficult moment into a wonderful memory for our family. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional customer service and kindness. Between the great food and the amazing staff, this was an experience we won’t forget. Not too crowded for lunch. Food was great. Attended seminar on liver health. We had buffet style.

Short to the point ... We went in the front door No Hostess .. go to the empty bar sit down .. bartender opens the kitchen door and yells at the two young hostesses you need to be at the front door those two just sat at the bar .. meaning myself and hubby .... We waited for her to come back to the bar ..nothing. WE LEFT ...

Everyone was so nice, and food was good

After reading some of the feedback left for Felicia, I felt compelled to share my own experience because it was completely different. Felicia was warm, attentive, patient, and professional from start to finish. She made us feel welcome, accommodated our requests graciously, and never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. As someone who has worked in customer service, I know how demanding restaurant work can be, and Felicia handled everything with kindness and professionalism. She is exactly the type of server that keeps customers coming back. I hope management recognizes the excellent job she is doing because our experience with her was outstanding.

I just want to start by saying Felicia the server was so rude. She put on a fake in the beginning and through the experience you could just feel her demeanor shift although we gave no troubles. She is smart mouthed and wasn’t attentive. I work at a restaurant as a manager and although i may seem young i definitely observe the service i’m receiving and tip based upon that and let’s just say it was not deserved. I will not be back at this establishment because i’ve just been to far better BJs than this one, unfortunate as it was my first time here. I also want to mention she didn’t give me the pizookie i ordered and when i decided to change my decision on which cookie i wanted she proceeded to huff, caught and attitude and seemingly got upset due to the change. It made me very uncomfortable and this was the worst experience i had at a restaurant. Hopefully she has better days.

The service was excellent but the food is literally nothing special. Bar food that costs $30 per person which is absurd. You have forgotten who your customer base is and that is why your restaurant is empty on a Saturday.
