Adriana is AMAZING! She was so willing to help us on our to go order Also, they are great with a dairy allergy. They are always careful to not cross contaminate.

I really like BurgerFi but my only issue is that they use canola oil to fry their fries and onion rings. I wish they would switch to beef tallow - it would make the food even better.

Delicious grilled chicken sandwiches with all the fixin’s!! Mmm.

Their veggie burger is one of my favorites area! Highly recommend it even to non-vegetarians/vegans, it's delicious! also their onion rings are commically large and the perfect side to any burger 🙂‍↕️

Buen lugar, buena musica y buen servicio. El pan es suave y la carne es jugosa. Yo comí Chicken sándwich, Es una hamburguesa con Chicken tenders; es muy rico el pollo pero los chicken tenders hacen un poco complicado comer la hamburguesa. Pero en general y por el precio, muy bien.

I placed an online order at 8:15 and was notified that the order would be ready at 8:30. I arrive right before 8:30, I notice an employee sweeping, one behind the counter, and 3 cooks in the back socializing, and many people waiting for their orders. One other guest complains in which I hear the employee say it takes 20 minutes for each order and that there are other orders pending. The employee who was sweeping gets behind the counter to help package up the to-go food. I finally receive my food at 8:47. Again I ordered online at 8:15. It’s ridiculous that I had to wait that long but it makes sense because the customer service was awful.

Aside from the tremendous increase in prices, the quality of service has noticeably declined. What used to be a welcoming experience, where customers were greeted upon arrival, has now turned into ordering through a kiosk, while still being expected to leave a tip. Absolutely not!!! 😂 To make matters worse, our food was delivered in a messy manner. The fries were burnt, extremely soggy? far from fresh that’s for sure. After spending nearly $40 on just two meals, the experience was incredibly disappointing and nowhere near worth the cost. This used to be one of our favorite places, which makes this even more unfortunate. The quality has steadily declined over the past several months to a year, both in service and food. It’s truly a shame, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Maria was amazing! Friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. She made my visit to BurgerFi a great experience. Thank you for going above and beyond! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ the food was amazing!!!!!! I got so full I had to take some home 🙏🏻

Amazing discovery—we went back three times! I already knew about the restaurant chain but had never visited a location until this trip. We absolutely loved it! The food was so good that we ended up returning two more times. Everything is fresh and top-quality. A huge recommendation: definitely order your burger with the Wagyu beef—it is spectacular and takes the meal to a whole new level! Descoberta incrível — voltamos três vezes! Eu já conhecia a rede de nome, mas nunca tinha entrado em uma unidade até essa viagem. Nós gostamos tanto que acabamos voltando mais duas vezes! Tudo é muito fresco e de altíssima qualidade. Uma dica de ouro: peçam o hambúrguer com carne de Wagyu — é espetacular e eleva a refeição a outro nível!
