Truly a 5 star steakhouse we were visited by Jennifer the General Manager, Tyler the Manager and had perfect service from Rhonda our server. We shared a 11 ounce ribeye that was delicious, we had a baked potato, and mushrooms as sides all delicious. Finished the night with a cigar and port on their deck, and took crème brûlée home for desert. If you want to see what a restauranteur is please come here.

Love this place perfect for group bus dinners. The food and service are amazing. Always go w a porterhouse and the lobster Mac and cheese and they still have jumbo lobsters.

Have never had a bad meal here and the steaks are cooked to perfection. Great wine selection as well as the amazing service. Highly recommend

While visiting Kissimmee Florida in celebration of my Newphew graduating High School, I made reservations at this restaurant for my husband for Father’s Day. From the valet parking, to the meat selection presentation, to our Waygu Tomahawk steak being cooked to perfection was top tier. The customer service was excellent as well as the decor. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a fine dining experience, or just a beautiful steak and seafood dinner accompanied with a glass of fine wine.

Very welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff. Our waiter was attentive and gave us good info on menu options, drinks etc. he was friendly and helpful. Manager stopped by and checked on us. The food was superb. We ordered the bison and salmon. Drinks exquisite. Great place to sit and enjoy and quality delicious meal.

One of my favorite steakhouses in the country. If you haven't been you should definitely go check it out. Ask for Xavier he had so many great recommendations and was a phenomenal server. Top notch customer service and food from start to finish.

Let me begin by saying I found this place thanks to a ChatGPT recommendation. I was looking for a nice steakhouse to celebrate my wife’s birthday and bring along our toddler. This was the best spot indeed! To begin the experience began ay the valet which is complimentary. The valet was welcoming and eager to assist. The host to my understanding were managers which made it feel elevated. Our server Michael was honestly a true rockstar. He connected with all 3 of us which made us feel at home. He explained the concept very detailed. We ended up ordering a tartare which was served table side, again the server was a rockstar, we decided to go with a prime ribeye for main along with creamed corn and loaded mashed. Side note our child had some french fries which were very tasty and cooked in beef tallow. The steak was juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. You do not need salt, pepper, or anything else just the meat speaks for itself. Every bite was filled with flavor. The sides also were pure flavor. We definitely enjoyed every minute at this place.

This place is excellent if you want a high end steakhouse. It has old school charm that lasts.

The food was outstanding — every dish came out perfectly executed, beautifully presented, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The steaks were cooked exactly to temperature with that signature char that you can tell comes from real expertise on the grill. Every bite reminded us why this place has the reputation it does. But what truly elevated the experience was our server, Michael. He delivered top-tier service from the moment we sat down. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu — walking us through cuts, preparations, and pairings with genuine confidence and warmth. He had thoughtful recommendations when we asked, and he clearly knew the food inside and out. Beyond his expertise, he was attentive without ever being intrusive: drinks were refilled before we noticed they were low, courses were perfectly paced, and he anticipated little needs throughout the meal. It’s rare to encounter a server who balances polish, personality, and professionalism this well. The atmosphere was warm and elevated — perfect for a special dinner but still comfortable. Between the quality of the food, the thoughtful service, and the overall experience, this was easily one of the best steakhouse meals we’ve had. If you’re considering Charley’s, go. And if you can request Michael, do that too — he made the night.
