Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The newer reviews here read better than the older ones — 4.0 against 3.0. Reviewers who mention service rate this place 5.0 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour.
One subject never comes up here: plate size. The split is 10 positive to 4 negative across 14 rated reviews. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (10 reviews).
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (96/100), 1 intermediate and 1 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on February 4, 2026. That puts it ahead of 69% of graded kitchens in Osceola County. The citations behind that grade include handwash sinks accessible and employee personal belongings.
This is a listing where the two measures each tell half the story. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

Ordered the Spicy Chicken Filet Sandwich with the Pepper Pimiento, and go this. I am always hesitant to order from CFA, and this is why.

First of all, I want to highlight the excellent idea of manager Tim to take care of his driver thru staff. Because they attend to us sitting down and can perform better at work. This idea should be taken into account in all their stores. And the attention of Genesis was great, very kind and with a very good attitude.

I don’t understand how I paid over $20 for a meal then they tell me they’re out of grilled chicken and then they refund me less than what I paid after I brought it up to the person twice. I still got less money back than I paid and I left with no food.
