The service is excellent, the place is always clean, and the food is delicious; thanks to Analia for her friendly service—I recommend it.

The last 2x I have been here since there renovations were the facts of this the staff got my girlfriend name this time and doesn't have stand alone condiments and straw areas I used to like this location back 6 years ago but I just want to go to St cloud chick fi LA and I will not take this down

I’ve visited this Chick-fil-A location several times, and unfortunately, they haven’t met the usual Chick-fil-A standards. While I typically expect the signature ‘my pleasure’ hospitality and accuracy, this location has repeatedly gotten my order wrong. On top of that, the food often doesn’t taste fresh. I hope they can improve, as I know Chick-fil-A is capable of great service.

Went through the drive thru and only order a sandwich with fries.. I was told to wait and then they proceeded to handout food to every single car behind me to the point where they cleared the entire line leaving only me. I was then given my food with a cookie since I had to wait so long.

I absolutely love this place. It is my favorite fast food restaurant! My favorite meal is #8 the chicken wrap with french fries and a vanilla milkshake. Besides the food, I love the spiritual atmosphere. The staff are such the professional, they are welcoming, courteous, polite, friendly and they always get the order right.

This restaurant is owned by a Brazilian, and since it is located in a very popular tourist area, there is always someone on the team who speaks Portuguese. The service is incredibly efficient and welcoming, and the food perfectly meets the high standard of the chain. It makes a huge difference for tourists looking for great hospitality.
