We went to eat here on our vacation. It was a very rainy and windy evening. We went through the drive thru. Joseph helped us to order. Joseph stood in the windy rain. Joseph was still very kind and positive. His attitude made our day! He is also very patient. He really melted all our hearts. This is the kind of service that REALLY deserves a good tip, but Joseph professionally refused due to the company’s rules. We are definitely coming back because of Joseph’s kindness. We went to many stores and restaurants throughout our vacation, but Joseph really stood out and was the best we had. Thank you for your kindness and positivity Joseph, we wish you the best! Greeting from the Netherlands!

I encountered raw chicken for both of my visits here. The last visit was by far my worst visit. Was given wrong drinks, everything was cold, sand which & nuggets were raw. I’ll never eat here again. I’ve reached out to corporate and the store multiple times but have yet to hear back and it’s been almost 30 days. Insane.
