Fab waiting staff, friendly and engaging. Food was hot and good!

I am not one to worry about what other people do, but the whole place was empty and they sat a big family with a dog who was NOT a service dog right next to us. She even had a backpack with a cat inside. The dog kept jumping on tables and she couldn't get it to calm down, so what did she do? She started hitting the dog over and over. The dog did the opposite of calm down. I'm actually surprised the staff witnessed this and didn't say anything. My son is allergic to dogs so having a rambunctious dog right next to us we asked to be moved. The server was accommodating, and the rest of the visit was great.

Food was pretty good and service was quick.

First time ever in a Chili’s and was very impressed. The service was excellent and fast, and the bottomless chips and drinks were amazing. The double burger was also spot on. My one pointer is the fajitas my other party member ordered weren’t great, but overall amazing food.

We had a great meal here, all the food that came to the table tasted great. Our server was polite, prompt and well presented. The toilets were clean and tidy.

Food was cold...asked for wing sauce on the side...gooey wings...6bucks for half a bowl of corn...no silverware or napkins...no salt and pepper yuck

We’ve been in Orlando for one week and just today we decided to go dinner out. What a good surprise we discovered Chili’s! Everything, from the hostess to how you pay, was amazing. The staff was very kind and polite. I asked for a recommendation and Keila suggested the BBQ; which came with fries, Mac n’ Cheese, ribs and chicken crisps. It took about 5’ to our food come. And it was all delicious! Just REALLY TASTE. At the end, Keila saw that we had paid and brought us one coke each, since we’re about to leave. So… I really want to appreciate everything! You rock guys!
