Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Worth separating two things on this listing: how the food is received, and how the kitchen inspects. Front-of-house is the sore point: those reviews average 2.2. Wait times follows at 30% of reviews, where ratings average 2.8.
Behind those, how food arrives is raised in 20% of reviews (3.5 average). Of the 20 rated reviews, 8 sit at four stars or better and 11 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 1 star (11 of 20).
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (100/100) and no violations cited. The visit behind that grade was January 23, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 100% of the Osceola County restaurants we grade. The inspector left without citing anything — worth noting, since most visits find something.
If service is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Went to pickup Doordash order and it was like 3-4 order smashed in a small bag. As Im putting the bag in car all the orders fell on floor. Very disappointed. One order is heave imagine 4 in a small bag. Whoever is working DD should know how to pack securely.

Haven’t been to this location for awhile. I ordered the chicken bowl to go and when I got home to eat it the quality has definitely went downhill. The chicken looks like it was marinated in a bunch of seasoning and boiled instead of cooked fresh on the grill. There was also so much oregano that it overpowered everything else. If I had eaten at the restaurant I’d have returned it unfortunately. Staff was great though if we are ending on a positive note.

I received a birthday coupon that allowed me to select a complimentary item. I placed my order online and then drove to the restaurant to pick it up. Upon arrival, I was instructed to come inside the restaurant. I explained that I was not wearing shoes and asked if there was an alternative way to receive my order, but no accommodation was offered. When I eventually entered, I was informed that the coupon could not be honored, despite the fact that it was still valid and did not expire for another 30 days. The entire experience was disappointing and reflected a lack of customer service and flexibility. A birthday promotion should leave customers feeling appreciated, not frustrated. Unfortunately, the treatment I received fell well below the standard I expected from your restaurant.

Not to bad. They could use some more attention to housekeeping.

I recently moved back to town, and this restaurant used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately, the experience I had last night was incredibly disappointing and nothing like I remembered from two years ago. From the moment we arrived, it seemed like the restaurant was completely unprepared. We waited over 30 minutes just for rice, and throughout the visit we were repeatedly told they had run out of multiple menu items. My steak was not cooked properly, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal and raised concerns about food safety. What was even more disappointing was the customer service. When I asked for balsamic vinaigrette, I was told, “We ran out of that three hours ago.” When I politely asked if there was another dressing or sauce they would recommend instead, the employee simply pointed at the food area and said, “What you see here is what we have.” The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. My family and I spent nearly $30, only to leave dissatisfied and unable to enjoy our meal. To make matters worse, I woke up the next morning feeling sick after eating there. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience felt like a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment from a place I once loved. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, reviews what happened, and considers making this right for customers who expected much better.

Good food, Fast & Friendly Staff!

After attending a movie with my wife, I visited a Chipotle restaurant and was deeply disappointed. The establishment was in a state of disarray, with tables covered in dirt and the floor littered with food. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant and unhygienic. If the lobby is as poor as this, it is difficult to imagine the condition of the areas not visible to the public.

They paper bags doesn't hold your bowl very well... they break easily.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this location has gone completely downhill. I arrived around 9:30 PM — 1.5 hours before closing — and the place was already in full shutdown mode. They were out of nearly every protein except plain chicken, counters were covered in rice, and the kitchen was a mess with food and liquid everywhere, including a puddle by the drink station. Employees seemed annoyed that customers were even there, and a woman with pinkish hair appeared to be directing staff to tell people they only had what was left on the line. This wasn’t a one-off. This is my third visit in the past two weeks at different times, and each one has been a disappointment. Multiple customers walked out while I was there. This used to be one of my favorite spots. Sadly, I won’t be coming back.

Ignored by staff and multiple customer served ahead of me. Customer service zero.

At first I planned to go to CFA because it was the closest, but I decided to go here because I wanted to have a full meal. Tell me why I paid $13 and the bowl wasn’t even half way full, I even asked the woman if she could fill it up just a little more because it was basically empty, and she said she was not able to. I do not think is fair that this place usually fills up the whole bowl and even a bit more, and the only time I actually wanted for it to be full, it wasn’t. Please, if i’m paying $13 at least fill it up all the way up, I can’t believe she said no when I asked her. It was basically empty. So disappointed!

Ordered 2 tacos. One sofritas and one veggie. They gave me stale brown guacamole and two sofritas and my daughter is allergic to tofu. Unacceptable and poor quality. Avoid this location

The order was ready, but no one cared to hand it to me. I spent fifteen minutes watching the staff chat among themselves.

I was a little lost making my first burrito

Good option when you need a fast option healthy and tasty

I was ask for little more meet since i don’t take a lot rice and the associate told is xtra i say is fine but when i go to the cashier the cost was 5 dollar when was a really xtra meet , This was my last time buy here that’s ridiculous

The little girl with glasses and curly hair that cashes you out is very disrespectful. U should never tell a customer no for simply asking for a side of guacamole. I believe this location should hire more respectful people and she should be in the back making online orders if she’s gonna be rude. Glasses ponytail and a dirty mug whatever her name is check her. Before she gets checked.

Let me tell you, not all Chipotle stores are created equal, but this one has great service, fresh food and good atmosphere. The team is nice a d consistently accommodating and would recommend this one if you want someone to have a good Chipotle experience.

Chipotle never misses. Every time I go, the food is fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I want it. The ingredients actually taste real—you can tell everything from the rice to the guac is prepared with quality in mind. The portions are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth, and the customization makes it easy to switch things up without ever getting bored. What really stands out is how fast and efficient the service usually is, even when it’s busy. The staff keeps the line moving while still making sure your order is right. Plus, the vibe is always clean and casual, which makes it a great spot whether you’re grabbing something quick or sitting down to eat. Overall, Chipotle is one of those places you can rely on—consistent, filling, and actually enjoyable every single time. Definitely a go-to.
