If I could leave no stars I would. We went tonight at 11:30PM. Immediately we got told they close at 12 and their registers automatically shut down. I work at a restaurant too and so does my husband, that’s a lie. Not only were they trying to deter people from ordering, they had no proteins or sides except for carnitas and barbacoa and lettuce. No guac, no cheese, no pico. Employees were wasting time asking “what time is it” instead of moving the line. I got rudely asked what my husband was ordering because they were about to close, even though it was 11:45PM. Never coming back to this location, terrible staff and terrible for your store as you’re losing customers because they’re being deterred from ordering by your team. At my restaurant we can’t run out of items even after our closing time, that should be the standard if you have guests waiting to be serviced that got there before you closed. Terrible service, retrain these people.

A dirty, disorganized place with slow and inattentive staff.

Leaving at 1031 at night open till midnight, walked in they said they had no rice, cheese, had two meats, only had one type of bean and chips or lettuce. When asked if they were making more they responded with no they are going to just run with what they have. Currently had 12 people in line we all ended up walking out as they said this is what they were going to have until they closed.

Chipotle get your stuff together. You have already redesigned your restaurants to be as unwelcoming as McDonald's... Your quality control is terrible and now you have unfriendly unhelpful and SLOW employees.... Fix these issues before you disappear.

The food had no flavor

Was Out Of Town For A Couple Of Days Wanted Some Fast Mexican Food This Was Very Close To My Hotel Was Very Happy

Had a great experience at Chipotle! I got a steak bowl with white rice, sour cream, and cheese, and it was really good. The portions were pretty generous, and everything tasted fresh. The workers were chill and friendly, the place was clean, and my order was made quickly. Overall, a great meal and I'd definitely come back if I was in Orlando again!

Ok service food was fresh. Staff can move a lot quicker 1. Be more present with the costumer an other team members. An over all the store really could have been cleaner then it was. Like 6 or 8 people working. Only 5 costumers an the establishment was a mess

With an empty store. They have 5 employees looking at me while I clean the table and chairs, so I could sit my cold and soggy tacos. So far two thumbs down.

Good food and good taste, the service from the crew at that time was excellent, but cleanliness of the place was terrible... a little investment in the store environment would improve a lot the experience

Shit was fire son!

This location has friendly staff, but terrible portion sizes. If you don’t directly tell staff to put the right amount of food, they’ll give you SO LITTLE. This location consistently gives small portions. It’s rather irritating.

I got a burrito bowl with chicken. Excellent with the black beans and corn salsa. Generous portions and very tasty! Guacamole was fresh and worth the $3 extra! Muy bueno
