I don’t usually review chipotles. But maybe I should start, since I eat at one at least once a week, sometimes even twice. This location is good. Good seating. Indoor and outdoor. Parking is a little limited. Order prep and quality was good and accurate. Items tasted fresh. Only dislike was that the chicken was way too salty. 👎🏼 so 3/5 for that reason.

There was a bug in the chipotle bowl. Please be aware . We threw it out . Be better guys.!!!

I love Chipotle, but this location was dirty and 3 employees only for everything with a big line for order.

Extremely dirty and really poor customer service even for fast food.

I would avoid this location due to poor service. We ordinarily use this Chipotle when we come to Orlando and have never normally had a problem. But we stopped in tonight which was our second time during this trip and the server behind the till was rude and unhelpful. My husband ordered a bowl and the protein options were quite limited, it was the choice between 2 types of chicken as the pork and beef had run out. The curly haired server was nice, and they checked to see if there were anymore carnitas and went across to the other food station which was adjacent to the till. When it moved to the salad station, the server said there was no shredded cheese which would have been a deal breaker had we known before ordering. We proceeded to the till, and a different server served us as the till. I could see at the station adjacent from the till that there was shredded cheese so I asked if it was possible to have some of that cheese.The server responded with no because it was for online orders only. I asked if there were any online orders at that moment which she had said there wasn’t but there could be and they don’t stop the service until 10:30. I responded to explain that we’re here ordering and willing to pay extra for the cheese and she still refused and said it’s only for the online orders. The logic was insane and has left a bad taste in our mouths. I would understand if an order had already been placed with cheese as an option, but there were no orders placed. We won’t be…

This place was a total mess. Every table had food all over it, napkins on the floor in the dining area, garbage outside was overflowing onto the concrete. Took 25 minutes just to place an order. What a disaster.

Probably the worst I’ve had, this branch was particularly poor. There was evidently not enough staff on shift particularly for a Friday night and the queue was coming out of the door. No urgency or changes were made to accommodate the business of the store, nor apology for delay, etc. There was staff aimlessly wandering around at times. There was no lemonade/agua Fresca available. They ran out of chicken whilst we were in the store too. There was food all over-the-counter tables were completely dirty and messy with rubbish all over the floor. Chips were stale, lettuce looked old. Equally we saw that the staff were using the same spoons for different races, different beans, different meats et cetera causing serious concern for cross contamination. Really sad experience, please do better. Next time will pay attention to the google reviews on which branches to avoid.

This is by far the dirtiest restaurant I’ve been in. Tables were not being cleaned, floor was nasty, no one cared to take care to clean in between guests leaving and guests coming in. I understand sometimes places can be understaffed but this went too far crossing the “I don’t care” line

Not that busy, food was good. Customer was good as well. The people that work there are low key and do there job.

We really like Chipotle food. I’ve been to many of them in Orlando and around the country while traveling. Sadly, our hometown Chipotle is easily the most poorly run one I’ve ever come across. They are constantly out of items, usually ones which are heavily promoted by the company. Service is lackluster at best. I stopped doing mobile orders at this location years ago because without fail it will take 2-3x as long to be ready as the time you are provided, and more often than not you’d get the wrong order. Going in to order is still very hit or miss if you’ll actually get what you came for. It seems like this location is, and for a long time has been, one of the most poorly run restaurants in the Orlando area, and certainly in and around Celebration. I say this hoping one day Chipotle overhauls leadership both at the restaurant and district level, because until then it feels pretty hopeless and won’t be in our rotation.

Very dirty. Second visit and both times was filthy. And only two customers so being busy is no excuse.

I don’t think I’ve been to a chipotle with such bad service in my life. I was so excited to come here for dinner, and when I walked to the door, everybody that was behind the counter working acted like it was the most miserable place to be at. If you don’t like your job, find a new one don’t sit around and mope at the counter.
