Great service, outstanding food, highly recommended. Family friendly

I love chuys, I have been coming here for over 10 years. However service, and taste has gone downhill ever since Darden Restaurants acquired them and the prices have increased dramatically.

Tex mex at its best. Loved the free Tortillas with two dips. I had the special sizzler with chicken & steak. Wifey had the steak burrito. Both were generous portions and well presented. Taste wise a tad mild for me otherwise very good. Angie our server was lovely.

​We were looking for restaurants near our hotel and decided to try a Mexican spot. We found this place where many people were giving it 5 stars and got curious. The restaurant was definitely busy, and we had to wait a bit for a table. Once we got seated, our server was really nice and polite. The menu had a lot of Tex-Mex selections, to choose from, and they started us off with chips, homemade salsa, and a jalapeno ranch type dip. ​I ordered the Chicken Flautas from their house specialties section. They are supposed to be chicken and cheese inside corn tortillas, fried until crispy. The crisp was definitely there, but inside, all I got was dry chicken. I didn't taste any cheese at all, just overly dry white meat. It came with Spanish rice, refried beans, and sour cream. Although it was supposed to come with guacamole, mine didn't have any. To be honest, I didn't even realize the guacamole was missing until I looked at the menu again later. I was so disappointed with the flautas that I asked if they could bring me a sauce to dip them in. I tried their boom boom sauce because the menu said it was a fan favorite, but even that didn't help the dryness. I ended up asking the server to return the dish, and the manager kindly took it off our bill. I did get a beef taco and well that was a 4 out 5. My family's other dishes were perfectly fine, though; no one else had an issue. ​The restaurant itself was clean, and the aesthetic was cool, with old hubcaps hanging from the ceiling.…

Never a bad meal. The Creamy Jalapeño dip was on point as always.

The chips and sauces are amazing but the food, especially the steak ... not so nuch! We had both the steak quesadilla and the steak fajitas. I left half of the quesadilla, the steak had an unusual taste, not very good.

We've been here on vacation from out of state for 5 days and this was the best. Most affordable food we've ever ate the whole time. We're here. The server was fantastic. It was a great place with great food. Definitely would eat there again

The food was terrible. The salad had no dressing, and the portion was very small. The base of the salad was not delivered. The soup did not have cheese. I did not receive the extra avocado I ordered, and the sauces I requested were also not provided. The person who gave me my order was a young woman, whose name I do not remember, who was working yesterday, 06/14, at 4:20 PM, handling the pick-up orders. She was rude and even kicked the door when I returned the food so she could give me the correct order that I had paid for. She was angry. I told her my salad didn’t have cheese, and she said, “Well, I see it?” and refused to discuss it further. Very poor service. My order number will be on the photo attached.

Great atmosphere, great service by Leen. Food was very good. Order a couple of apps. Leen very graceful when she slipped on some water. Wife said she almost did the splits and recovered with out falling.

Very average, had to prompt server a few times for basic items, wasn't crowded either.

Once again we arrived at Chuy's as an afterthought. Originally thought we were going to Del Taco, but after we saw the abundantly staffed inside dining and the self serve kiosk, we exited and decided on Chuy's. Once again, they did not disappoint! Great food and service!! Mike our server was very kind and attentive! Our food talley at Del Taco would have totaled approximately $15 for a Thursday afternoon special, and a fish taco combo. For about $1.00 more we got a generous appetizer plate with quesadillas, queso, taquitos, oversized "nachos" and sour cream and guacamole. Plus, complementary salsa, dip, and large basket of chips! We would have spent $6 on two small strawberry lemonades, but instead I decided on a Happy Hour margarita for $1 more... hubby selected a non happy hour drink! :D Was it all worth it? Absolutely! Great service, better food! Thanks Chuy's!

Food is just ok, nothing great or good, just ok, had Enchiladas tacos rice bean burrito flautas, the salsa was very good is all I can say that was above average! Nothing was bad and a good portion for the price but nothing real tastes above average so slightly disappointed, may or may not go back.

Good food, a little different from your typical Mexican restaurant, but good. The white dip was really good.

Absolutely terrible customer service at the entrance at Chuy’s on West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee. I arrived a few minutes before the rest of my party of four. When I approached the check in area, the hostess (blonde with hair pulled back and a maroon dress bottom on) asked how many were in my party. I told her four. She then asked if everyone was present, and I explained they were only about two minutes away. Her response was that they would not seat us until everyone arrived. I politely pointed out that whether the rest of my party showed up or not, I was still planning to eat and spend money at the restaurant. She then stated they didn’t want to “inconvenience the servers.” That has to be one of the most ridiculous customer service responses I’ve ever heard. How is seating a paying customer an inconvenience? Restaurants are in business to serve guests, not create unnecessary obstacles before they even sit down. The employee came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in providing good customer service. Instead of making guests feel welcome, she made us feel like we were a burden. Management should seriously evaluate both the training and attitude of employees representing the restaurant at the front door because interactions like this drive customers away. I’ve never understood the logic of turning away or delaying customers who are ready to spend money. Whether one person shows up or a thousand people show up, they are still customers.…
