Went today with my mom, one of the employees hold the door for us, and gave us the nicest smile I received all day, thank you so much Denise, you deserve to be recognized for your amazing work! my mom is highly allergic to gluten and they gave her the best treatment she ever had in fast food restaurants, thank you so much for the manager Devman for training your employees like this

Super friendly staff even when busy. 23 minute wait is kinda long for 3 sandwiches drive through. Would only try again if I have time to sit and wait. Food was good.

I pulled into the drive thru and ordered a small shake, a soda, and a 2 scoop dish of the flavor of the day. I got to the window and paid and received the soda, but no receipt, and they asked me to pull forward to wait for the ice cream. Understandable. What was not understandable is waiting 40 minutes for said ice cream. I went in to ask about my order, and they apologized and said they'd make it right now. When I got the order, I received 2 single dishes and a medium shake. I asked for a lid for both dishes, and the server said they were out of lids. The dishes were still covered with ice cream as the server was in a rush to complete my order and hand them off to me and pieces of the toppings were falling off unto the floor. I had to take all three items to my car and try not to spill the ice cream. When I got home, the ice cream was too melted and made too big of a mess in the car, so I had to toss it out. Not my best experience with Culver's.

This service is always great! Please keep the LEMON COOLERS on the menu. They are way to good to be a limited time offer. They are perfect for endurance in the Florida heat and simply delicious!!

The food is always good but order acuracy has fallen badly in the last year. More than 6 visits this year and every time my order has had multiple missing items, incorrect items and one time they missed almost half the order! By the time I get the order corrected everything is cold and our fish is soggy.

Didn't care for this place. Got the chicken tenders and ordered mashed potatoes- but they gave me chicken soup instead. Too far of a drive to return for exchange. Tenders didn't have any flavor to them.
